Adam behind the counter wanted to sit there and yell at my four toddler children because they were being kids and playing and he wanted to scream and yell at them and then tell me that I had to lock them up out in the car or he was calling the cops and kicking me out of the store I've been with MetroPCS for well over 10 years and never in my life have I had customer service like this This man decided that he wasn't going to help me he didn't even bother to try to help me from the second I walked in the door he had an attitude with me and wanted to scream and yell at my children I got them all to sit down besides one who is sitting there playing right next to me and he still had an issue and wanted to still go off with them I will never ever go to this place again and MetroPCS will be lucky not to lose me as a customer if there was a way to give this place a zero star review I would

I accompanied my friend who was looking for special pricing quoted at another Metro across town but this was not honored as promised. We visited several stores and thankfully store owner Adam was very gracious and honored the same deal very quickly. I’ve not seen such great service happen so fast before and will refer others to this location indeed!

The employee was helpful but the total bill came to more than what the employee had quoted! Like about $45 more than what the employee quoted. I'm not very happy about that at all!!
