Broke into my yard to take thier tanks back, broke our fence. Asked 2 years ago to look at tanks because we couldn't get our fireplace to work. They said they couldn't. So we never used or refilled tanks. When they called last year to get tanks I said they needed to schedule, I wasn't taking leave from work since they wouldn't give me the courtesy to look at tanks so I could use them. When I called about them breaking and entering, they acted like it was no big deal.

Great place to fill your Motorhome on board tank with propane! Reasonable price and fast service. Plus they have a ton of barbecue grills and associated accessories.

I own my own tank so therefore I can go where I want to buy my propane. I did a price check this morning as I do at least once a year. McMahan's was 20 cents cheaper per gallon than anyone else I called. This has been the case consistently and their service is great.

Stellar service with a smile! I’m a young home owner and whenever I have questions they help and are very kind. EVERY employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with have been polite knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed and appreciative of their service.

Filled our tank at the end of January$720, someone from their company put us on “auto refill”, beginning of March they filled our tank AGAIN charging us $300 for a service we never requested or agreed too. When called to question service in question we were told “ too bad, sorry it’s too late” just ridiculous, unprofessional, scammers, just out to get your money.

Called them Wednesday morning that I needed a fill soon. Never heard back or received a followup. Now it's Saturday morning, 4 kids at home and freezing temps outside and no heat because the propane is now empty and can't even get a clear answer if/when we can get a fill. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. It shouldn't take 72+ hours with no callback/followup or service provided. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I had a tank recertified at McMahan's 6 months ago, well I just came to get my tank refilled and the young boy who did the certification last never put the sticker on and they expected me to pay for another certification before filling my tank since I did not have the receipt from 6 months ago (who would?) The three men standing there were letting me sit in line thinking there was someone in front of me but they were not helping any customers. Extremely unhappy with the customer service and the lack of understanding for the mistake that THEY made.

I’ve never had any problems with the company. They are Johnny on the spot to grab my propane tank as I pull into the refill station and and then put it back in the the bed of my truck after it’s filled up, and they have always answered any questions I have related to their industry.
