I really enjoyed the buying experience at Mattress Innovations. I came in needing a queen bed/box springs and rails. The first question was…what is this purchase for….master bedroom?…spare bedroom? These guys are about matching up your need with the right product, not selling me the product they think they can make the biggest profit. Locally, family-owned, products built in the USA, quality materials and a business built on integrity….man…like a business should be run. So darn refreshing! I have shopped here multiple times and will definitely be going back again. (Oh…btw…still have the first beds I bought from them years ago…quality)

Murphy was fantastic to deal with in buying a new bed! Gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision, left us alone for plenty of time to be able to test out all the beds we wanted and didn’t push us toward any particular one. Felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Can’t wait for our new bed!

Mike and Murphy have a great company. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Will definitely go there again. Great family owned company. I remember when they were smaller, still have the great customer service as they do now.

We purchased a new mattress from Mattress Innovations this month. We were impressed with the personalized service we recieved in the store. We went to the store three times before purchasing the mattress. Each time Mike Farrell remembered details from our previous visits and progressed in his explainations of his products. The service was excelent and no pressure was exhibited. They called when the mattress came in and the delivery guys were great. They went arrived on time ,went right to work and cleaned up afterwards. Now We sleep so well. We love our matress and box spring!

We had an incredible experience at Mattress Innovations! Mike, our salesman, was outstanding—his knowledge and expertise were unmatched. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. What’s even more impressive is that Mike designs all the mattresses himself, which adds a personal touch to the whole experience.The delivery process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Steve and Eric. These guys were professional, courteous, and handled everything with care. The mattress itself is amazing—we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Communication was excellent throughout, and we are absolutely in love with our new bed.If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend Mattress Innovations. Went in on Thursday 18 July 2024 to get my son a mattress. We were shown ones that he thought were in stock. When my son picked one he liked it turned out it was not in stock. They gave the next one up at the same cost. We will definitely be back.

This place is unlike any usual chain mattress stores. They made sure to have us test and retest all mattresses they had. When testing we were given time alone to be able to talk about it. They even showed us discount mattresses that they listed low or were prototypes. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will suggest anyone looking for a nice bed to make the trip here and experience them. We are sure happy we went here and bought our mattress here.

Murphy was polite, non-intrusive, and informative with specific questions. I went in with a good amount of mattress knowledge and he was the first person to acknowledge and put out full honesty at the beginning. Most honest salesperson I've worked with. Very nice selection of mattresses. Mattresses aren't separated by price range and instead by type/brand/etc. It was nice to look around without only being able to stay in the "low budget" areas that other mattress places have. Been mattress searching for months and Murphy seems to be one of the last few honest ones out there. Will be returning for my other mattress needs if this one works out.

Update: mattress was delivered today, delivery people were very polite and amazing. Got the new in and the old out quick and easy. Mattress came just like how it felt at the store, almost fell asleep right away on it. I will update again after sleeping on it for awhile. So much quieter and nicer than my old bed. Much better quality than I felt at other mattress stores

We looked many places to find what we needed. We just weren’t finding anything that fit us. Mattress Innovations had a wide selection, and the salesman was all about helping us learn about our options rather than making a sale. And once we found what we wanted, the price ended up being the best of everywhere we looked. Everything about the experience was top notch. And we feel good about giving our money to a family business, too.

I love going to this local family business! I have bought from them before & had a fantastic experience again today. Needed a new mattress for my son & were in & out in no time with everything we needed. Everyone is very friendly, honest & have had a no pressure buying experience every time! Have never had an issues with quality or craftsmanship. Prices are very reasonable.

Well, the entire experience of shopping for and purchasing a mattress @ Mattress Innovations was amazing. Mike was so patient and accommodating. He spent a lot of time with me. He knew what I wanted and was looking for. I purchased the Reserve LUX Euro TOP Queen mattress and it was delivered 4 days later - how nice! I can't possibly say very happy I am with my purchase. I also got a Zoned Talalay Latex pillow that I brought home with me. The pillow is awesome. I got a better night's with just the pillow alone before I even received the mattress. And, once I received the mattress ...It was like heaven. I am asking myself - why didn't I do this sooner? The mattress arrived as scheduled. The delivery guys were great - courteous/kind and they definitely knew what they were doing.
All I can say is "GO TO MATTRESS INNOVATIONS" when seeking a mattress. You will be so glad that you did.
