Noah was absolutely wonderful when I came in to look at a few different cars. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I told him what I was looking for and he let me browse at a few options and answered all of the question I had. He was very patient and kind throughout the whole process and I appreciated that a lot from him.

Came in due to my 2017 Pathfinder engine failing. I needed to get a deal that would take care of my pathfinder that also put me in a good vehicle. Mark was my sales person, and he was very respectful and listened to our needs. Will worked to get us reasonable financing, and kept it honest with us throughout the process. Rudy closed the deal out, while ensuring we got what we discussed. This process was simple, fast, and comfortable. I would recommend them.

Noah Coleman helped me find a great car and was really knowledgeable about what he’s selling. He and Will were honest, easy to talk to and easy to negotiate with. I traded in my used vehicle and drove home the same day in a new SUV with great mileage, amazing features and an even better price! I would highly recommend talking to him!

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle here. We got a pathfinder the 1st time that only lasted 6 years. The engine went out and we were very leary of coming back here. However, we did come back. We met with Marc who showed us around and really took the time to hear and understand our frustrations with our previous vehicle. He was compassionate and took the time to get to know us. Will met with us also, to understand our finances and exactly what we looking for. He talked with lenders to get us the best deal possible. We test drove a vehicle and decided to come back the next day to finalize everything. We met with Rudy, the finance manager who helped us with the paperwork process and showing us the ropes of the new vehicle. I can walk out of here not only with a brand new car, but premium coverage and peace of mind that this experience will be a positive one this time around.

I recently bought a used Altima from AJ at Matt Castrucci Nissan and had an outstanding experience. Since this was my first Nissan, AJ answered my 1000 questions and was incredibly patient! The best part was that I never felt like I was being “talked” into a car with an annoying sales pitch. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me options that were on point.I would highly recommend asking for AJ if you need a new or used Nissan!

My wife and I went in today looking for a used reliable vehicle and met up with Cathy for an appointment. I had an idea of what we were looking for and had gone through their website prior to visiting.She was very patient with us and personable throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure every vehicle we wanted to see was available to test drive. The last vehicle she suggested, that I completely overlooked before I came in, was the one we took home today. I’m very grateful she helped us find the right car. Omar then helped us finalize the deal and made it seamless to close it. We left very appreciative of the team’s attentiveness to us and would recommend to anyone.

Matt Castrucci where are you? Please call me.I took my 1996 300Z convertible to Castrucci for service on August 10th with no problems. I told them that the car had never gone through a car wash or wrecked and that I would appreciate it if they could park it someplace that would be safe from accidents. My last words to the service manager were "Don't forget, that car is my baby so take good care of it". Three hours later I received the phone call that they had good news and bad news about my car. The good news was everything checked out and no service was needed. The bad news was my car was wrecked at the dealership. When I arrived at the service department 20 minutes later and saw my car I felt like the air had been knocked out of me. I was told that the bumper would be replaced with a new one. I stayed calm and asked that when the bumper is delivered to call me before they put it on so I could see if there was any damage to the car that I couldn't see. I was promised that they would do that. Well, I called about every two days for the next two weeks and was told that the bumper had been ordered and it would be delivered any day and that they were having a hard time getting parts in. At the end of the third week I was notified that my car was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. When I went there to pick up my car the bumper had not been replaced but patched and painted. To make a long story short, I elevated my situation up two levels of upper management over the next month. When they asked me what could they do to make up for this, I asked that they write up a letter stating that as long as I or a relative owned the car that they would fix the bumper if the patch started deteriorating. I also asked that two small parts on my car be replaced. They agreed to my request. It is now the middle of October and the parts haven't been delivered nor has anyone from Castrucci ever contacted me with information regarding my car. I am at the point that I think Matt Castrucci should be aware of the manner that his customers are treated but I am blocked from talking to him. I left a voicemail for him but no response. So, I sit here and I am dismayed about the lack of service and respect that I have received.

Horrible service experience and worst ever! Sent my daughter 2019 Nissan Sentra for smell of fume in the cabin after a mechanic informed me it’s a crack in the catalyst converter manifold and should be under manufacturer warranty. Informed their service representative of that’s and immediately told no warranty because manufacturer warranty is for 60000 miles. Looked it up and it was 80000 miles/8 years. My car was 56 miles above 80000 and they quote me $1800 for replacement and no manufacturer warranty coverage. They charge me $470 for diagnostics, safety recall, alignment, and multi point inspection recommending brake system fluid service which I Denied. Took my car home and in the evening the car breaking system stop working ( what a coincidence) . Likely, My daughter stopped on the side of the road safely before the brake 100% failed.

I just recently bought a new car through Matt Castrucci Nissan and I had Ian West as my salesman, I can not say enough nice things about Ian! He was super polite, very very helpful, very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, I felt like I was working more with a friend then someone selling me a car! Everyone at the dealership was super nice. I was absolutely blown away with this car buying process! Best time i’ve ever had at any car dealership I’ve been to, can’t say enough nice things about my whole experience! Would definitely recommend Matt Castrucci Nissan for anyone looking for a Nissan!

Man let me tell you, I have never felt more at home with a company than I do with Caleb Caputo. I went in to get a new battery and he made my experience feel like Sunday morning breakfast at my grandma's.He was knowledgeable and helped me get the best price which was $50 lower than most other shops.I couldn't morally recommend anyone else for Nissan parts in the future.If you want to feel at home, go to Matt Castrucci Nissan.

I had a great experience buying my car here! Cathy was the salesperson who sold me my car and was very helpful explaining the features of the car and helping me feel comfortable with my purchase. Ahmed was also very helpful with figuring out the interest rates and other money-related aspects of the purchase.
