The complimentary car wash might not be top-tier, but it definitely gives your car a nice little refresh ??. The waiting area is conveniently close and offers free coffee ☕, making the wait quite comfortable. The technicians are super friendly and respectful, ensuring a positive visit. ???

Was told to drop my vehicle off and they would look at it by then end of the week. 1 month later they told me the issue. Not the mechanics fault but it's definitely a scheduling issue with customer service.

Terrible experience. I have been hung up on several times while inquiring about my vehicle. I've asked to speak to the service manager and/or the general manager while I was on the phone with said individuals behind service counters, while i was standing. The staff said they were busy, but were clearly in direct sight laughing.
This company does not care.

Wes our service Advisor was Great,Friendly, Very helpful. He got us scheduled in Quick took care of our Sorento for warranty job. All new moldings installed looks good as it did leaving lot. I would recommend Wes to anyone that needs a Service scheduled in near Future?

Bought a brand brand new 2023 seltos get a recall order about the stop and go oil pump catching on fire call and leave a voicemail to set up a service appointment. Never return phone call. Call again the next week. Nothing 3 weeks later. Finally get a hold of somebody to get told I can't be seen for 2 months. Little upset but okay then the vehicle starts dying at red lights call and ask if this is an indication that it's going to catch on fire. Get told. Have no idea. You can drop it off and leave it. We might be able to get to it. Ask about a rental. They say we don't do that and still the earliest appointment we have is in 2 months. So just risk having your wife and child in a vehicle that might spontaneously catch on fire. We'll see you in 2 months

Must be the worst experience with a shop I've ever had. Will never be using Matt Castrucci for any business again. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! Diana (Manager) and Sondra (receptionist) will lie directly to your face. They will say something is fixed when it's not, then try to send you home with a broken/unclean car. They don't know how to detail cars, and can't reinstall window trim and OEM parts, which caused a whistle from the front door, and was very loud at 40mph+. 4 attempts it took me to get my car back... They even had to take the car offsite to get it detailed, and even that shop did a terrible job... Then to top it off, when I asked for the email address for their boss, Sondra wrote down the wrong email address, and made no attempts to double check for the correct email address. They broke several parts of my car that I made them fix on the spot. THEY DAMAGED BOTH OF MY HEADLIGHTS. ACUTUALLY WET SANDING DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT. AND NOW ARE REFUSING TO COVER THE $2000 IN DAMAGES THEY HAVE DONE TO MY CAR. THEN THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME INTO BUYING ANOTHER CAR FOR OVER $7,000 MSRP ON A 7 YEAR LOAN! Any other body shop is better than this one. Honestly, any other car dealership is better than this one. Your drunk uncle is a better choice than bringing your car here, for anything.

Matt Castrucci where are you? Please call me.I took my 1996 300Z convertible to Castrucci for service on August 10th with no problems. I told them that the car had never gone through a car wash or wrecked and that I would appreciate it if they could park it someplace that would be safe from accidents. My last words to the service manager were "Don't forget, that car is my baby so take good care of it". Three hours later I received the phone call that they had good news and bad news about my car. The good news was everything checked out and no service was needed. The bad news was my car was wrecked at the dealership. When I arrived at the service department 20 minutes later and saw my car I felt like the air had been knocked out of me. I was told that the bumper would be replaced with a new one. I stayed calm and asked that when the bumper is delivered to call me before they put it on so I could see if there was any damage to the car that I couldn't see. I was promised that they would do that. Well, I called about every two days for the next two weeks and was told that the bumper had been ordered and it would be delivered any day and that they were having a hard time getting parts in. At the end of the third week I was notified that my car was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. When I went there to pick up my car the bumper had not been replaced but patched and painted. To make a long story short, I elevated my situation up two levels of upper management over the next month. When they asked me what could they do to make up for this, I asked that they write up a letter stating that as long as I or a relative owned the car that they would fix the bumper if the patch started deteriorating. I also asked that two small parts on my car be replaced. They agreed to my request. It is now the middle of October and the parts haven't been delivered nor has anyone from Castrucci ever contacted me with information regarding my car. I am at the point that I think Matt Castrucci should be aware of the manner that his customers are treated but I am blocked from talking to him. I left a voicemail for him but no response. So, I sit here and I am dismayed about the lack of service and respect that I have received.

Do not go here! They are disorganized, sneaky, and it will probably be months if you even get a title for the car. They will make YOU jump hoops for their fuck ups, problems and disorganization. I have made 3 car payments and have yet to see the title. I was told that the milage was wrong on the title so they had to backdate and have previous owners sign an affidavit back at least 2 years... Then they could get me the corrected title... Which would take at least 2 to 3 months. So I have to wait over half a year to get my correct title. So now I'm getting a incorrect title until it gets fixed... Almost 3 months after. Not once when I was looking at the car or even coming back in the following Monday to buy did they even bother to look or even know about the problem with the title either as if they never even knew! I will NEVER come here again. The car is great but that's about the only good thing about the experience so far.Edit. So new problem now my engine failed. I have to get a new engine possibly now... I still have no real title I have made 3 payments on this car and now the engine need replaced... It won't even drive. Do not... I repeat DO NOT go here and even concider a car. All they care about is pushing cars off their lot even if there are underlying problems with it. They won't tell you either about the problems they just push. So if you don't want to feel like you got fucked over don't go here!!!

I had to take my car to Matt Castrucci to have 2 recalls done. I had wonderful shuttle experience to my house and then from my home back to the shop. Wesley Dunn was the gentleman who picked me up at my house and took me back to the shop. He was very polite and personable. He was also a very good driver! The gentleman who took me from the shop was also very nice and helpful, very polite, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Thank you for providing shuttle service and having such wonderful drivers!

* Update the gm Mohamed reached out to me and was very nice in trying to address this situation. They gave me a $100 gift card and filled our car with gas before picking up. We will be giving them another shot. They also were nice to my wife and appreciated the feedback and would be using it to try and improve. I definitely appreciate that as everyone makes mistakes and we all have to try to get a little better everyday. Overall, I appreciate the reaching out and work to improve our experience.

Under no circumstances, would I ever recommend that anyone bring their vehicle here. December 2022 my daughter was in a crash. The insurance that we spoke with gave us a list of places that they use to handle repairs. This business was on the list. Since I am familiar with the area and where it is located, I decided to go with this one unfortunately.I called to ask How to set up a repair quote. I was told that they are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and I could stop in at any time without an appointment to get a quote. I was skeptical at first when I walked into what looked like an abandoned office, but turned out to be the collision center office. There was another person in there already, and there was barely any room to wait. However, Nathan helped us and was friendly. With a bit of information, to include the insurance claim number (that comes into play later) he was able to quickly provide us with a quote which I then turned over to the insurance. After getting the approval, I called to book the appointment to have the car fixed. The soonest they had was February 21, 2023. The car was still drivable and the issues were only cosmetic so that was not a problem. I work crazy hours so I dropped the car off the day before so they would have the keys and have everything ready to go when it was time to fix it. The lady at the front desk pulled out the paperwork and told me she had to have my claim number Before they could do anything with it. I asked her to check the paperwork since I had already provided the claim number. She was clearly bothered and huffed that she did not have it. She gave me a card and told me to call in with the claim number. When I return home later, in the evening, they were already closed, but I called and left a message with my name, phone number, Claim number and which vehicle it was for. I asked them to please call me if there were any questions or problems. I did not hear anything from them and was excited that my car would be getting fixed soon.Eight days later, I still have not heard anything and remarked to my husband that I would give it a few more days before I called to see if it was finished because I didn't want to seem pushy or annoying. I sleep during the day, and when I woke up, I had a voicemail from the business. Happy day! They were probably calling to tell me to come pick my car up, right?WRONG!!! It was the fastest lady telling me that she needed my claim number before anything can be done with the car! I gave her the time and date, that I called and left a message with the claim number, And provided her with it for a third time. Thankfully, I thought to ask the million dollar question, "does this mean nothing has been done with the car?" Front desk lady Bree Immediately jumps to the defensive and told me that she has no idea if anything has been done with it or not And asked if I want to speak to Lisa, Clemons "back there". I told her that yes I would like to speak with Lisa quick to find out an update. After being on hold for about five minutes Bree came back on the line and said that Lisa was writing another quote and she could have her call me back. I told her I would wait. Lisa finally gets on the phone and I explain the situation to her. I asked again if anything has been done with the car yet or what type of timeframe we are looking at and she proceeded to tell me not the car hasn't been touched and that they cannot even order parts for it! Excuse me, what?!?!?! I asked her why Someone didn't call me sooner and she said it's not their problem. WHAT? Lisa then told me that she has been communicating with someone from the insurance company named Nicole and that it was Nicole's responsibility to call me regarding any issues. There is no Nicole. When I told her that's he said "well that makes sense as to why she doesn't know anything about your claim" and I was very curious as to how she was communicating with someone from an insurance company when supposedly, they can't even find my claim num

I want to take the time and let EVERYONE know what a wonderful experience and turn out we had with Castrucci Kia Service, they have went above and beyond for my husband and I and completely fixed an issue (safety recall) that was never their issue to begin with, we purchased our vehicle unknowingly with a safety recall on it from a complete different dealership (city and all) and when my car was towed to Castrucci Kia it was them who had to repair the recall when it honestly should have went to the original dealership it was purchased at. Nonetheless, Castrucci had absolutely no problem fixing the issue which turned out to be a complete new engine. Lost my car for over a month but was put in a 2022 loaner vehicle for the time they had my vehicle replacing the engine. It was 2 weeks from the time I got my loaner vehicle to the time I got my actual vehicle back with the brand new engine. I cannot say how appreciative we are for coming across Castrucci by chance! I actually felt like we really mattered, our opinions mattered, we were heard, seen, and taken care of! I can’t say the last time someone went above and beyond for our family. The turn around time was so much sooner than we expected and you can certainly believe safety measures were of utmost importance to this particular service department. Please, if you ever need service, or just a dose of kind, respectful, honesty stop by Castrucci Kia Service and tell them the Snyder’s sent you!
