We had a fantastic experience shopping for an engagement ring with Lisa. My Fiance and I looked at big jewelry stores and just did not find anything particularly interesting. We shopped online but could not agree on a ring. It was important to me that he liked the ring as well, and I wanted something that felt personal and unique. We each went to our one-on-one appointment with Lisa with very different ideas in our heads. Lisa respected our price point, showed us some of what we each asked for, and then took the time to hear all of our feedback and take us in a direction that met both of our desires. I did not leave with the ring that drew me in on Instagram, instead we found something even better--even more "us". We truly could not be happier or recommend Lisa Robin jewelry more!

Highly recommend! Overall had a great experience working with Lisa to create an engagement ring by substituting a unique center stone into one of her available designs. She was patient over many weeks, giving inspiration through sketches and being extremely responsive (minutes) as the ideas for the ring changed. Ideation include my fiancés input without ever fully revealing the final piece. She sent faux rings via mail to try on which helped for sizing and real life calibration. Lisa was always respectful and and very competent, the end result was high quality craftsmanship and diamond choice for a reasonable price.

I have been to Lisa Robin's now 3 times and each time she is professional, caring and moves with a purpose. I have had 3 ring resizing and a necklace fix for a wedding. This last time I went in, her turnaround was 24 hours! Perfect timing considering our wedding was comming up in 2 weeks! She is always so sweet and helpful when you walk in. She spent many minutes going over wedding rings and making sure I had the perfect one (though I ended up going qith one that matched my engagement ? elsewhere). She responds immediately and is my #1 go to whenever I need anything jewlery related. On another note, She makes her own perfume in small spray bottles and these are some of the best smellijg perfume you'll find! Highly recommend this lady!

Lisa has been amazing throughout the entirety of our engagement ring experience. I won a very expensive necklace at a charity event, but it didn't come with earrings. She is an artist whose medium is metal and gems. I bought a set of stackable rings that I've wanted for a year. Don't know why I waited! I love these rings! I wear them in place of my doorknob diamond wedding rings.
