We used Linden Stop and Lock for about 4 months after moving across the country. The staff were super helpful and informative, we felt like our items were safe and we had access to move in and out easily. They did their best to get us a unit close to the front so we had fewer trips in and out, which was above and beyond. After we cleaned out the unit, we ended up leaving one small item behind, and they called and kept it safe for us until we could come pick it up, again, above and beyond. I know they did not have to do this for us. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Flawless experience! Linden Stop-N-Lock has the best prices in town and they worked with me to get a unit the same day! The staff was awesome and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Super awesome artwork on the outside of the building and best value for a storage space. Highly recommend!

Easy to rent, easy to pay. The office staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The units are clean, insurance of goods is part of the deal. These folks are a hidden gem in the storage industry.

Never rent from here. I rented a unit here for 5 years. $80 a month for a 5×10. My property was ruined due to water damage and alot of mice poop, pee and nesting. Found a dead mouse inside my unit. Only one light worked inside my storage unit building. I was one minute past 9pm leaving the gate and was forcefully locked inside the storage lot. The police were called on me for being locked in. I was treated like a trespasser for being their customer for 5 years. I paid to get locked inside, to have my stuff ruined and to have the police call me a trespasser. I will never let another business treat me as paying customer like a criminal. I certainly will tell everyone I possibly can about how badly my things and myself have been treated by this business. This company needs to go under for treating people like trash while treating people's property like trash.

The ladies in the office were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Even helped us find a more accessible locker! Facility is clean and well maintained. Would recommend.
