I didn’t know what to expect going into this but what an amazing experience being a bride to be!!! Autumn helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. I said YES to the dress! (and veil)!! Highly recommend this place. So happy :)

We ordered a wedding dress for my daughter’s wedding in October 2022. The dress arrive seven months later. This we expected, so that wasn’t an issue. However, after the second fitting, we went back to pick the dress up and the dress couldn’t be found! then, we returned to get it, and they said they had it, and were told that we had to reschedule because they did not have time to help us. When we returned, after rescheduling, we had to wait over 30 minutes for them to get to us. Finally, we came in to pick it up after the third alteration, and they called us to tell us to go to a different location. This was most inconvenient. The original location is better for us. My daughter said YES to the dress, but we would say NO to the service.

Mrs. Young is amazing!!I just picked up my finished dress today!Since my total engagement is less than 5 months, I needed to buy a dress that was already in stock. I bought my dress out of state and brought it to Lillian’s a little nervous and unsure. It needed to be altered/resized roughly 10 whole sizes smaller. Mrs. Young’s team was confident from the start, and assured me that they “did this all the time,” and “don’t worry.”The first fitting was focused on the bodice, because my dress has lots of intricate lace that all had to be removed and sown back on. They even moved the WHOLE zipper over and added dainty buttons that extended higher- since it had to be taken in so much. By the end of my first appointment with her, I had complete trust in her abilities and vision. She was polite, and asked my opinion often. She also thoroughly explained everything she was wanting to do and was doing until I understood.The second time we focused on the length of the dress, and tightened up the sleeves a little more. When we created the bustle, and also as we did the other alterations, she was cost conscious and gave me options to save money. Once again, she exuded a calm confidence and gentle expertise. She has a wonderful team working with her, as well.When I came to pick up the dress, I had a couple nit-picky requests, and she humbly and gladly obliged to each one. She has so much to do, and is constantly at work to please her customers (which alone speaks of her quality work…) yet she is only gracious and gentle.If you are looking for quality and care, look no further!I couldn’t recommend her and her team more!

My SIL organized my first wedding dress try on, choosing only this boutique due to our budget and availability with location. I walked in with only a Pinterest board and walked out with the wedding dress of my dreams! Rosie immediately pulled some gorgeous dresses and then, based on my feedback of each dress, found me THE perfect dress! The whole experience was seamless and romantic. The best part? It was completely opposite to what I *thought* I originally wanted! Rosie was an exceptional stylist and guide and continued to support us through the shipping process for my international destination wedding. Highly recommend! Merci beaucoup, Rosie !

I visited Lillian’s with my mom and sister and had a great experience. We worked with Autumn, and she did an awesome job at picking out dresses similar to the style I was interested in. We weren’t the only people in the shop, but it did not feel that way at all. They had dressing rooms and also an area to see the dress in natural light. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything or make a decision, which was great. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The experience I had with Lillian’s bridal was above and beyond. It was the very first shop that I had set foot in for a wedding dress so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and understanding. The environment felt just right. Mrs. Young worked so hard on the alterations and knew exactly what she was doing. She was the sweetest woman and made me look and feel beautiful. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Wonderful place to go when you're looking for dresses. Rosie took care of me both times I went and she just made the experience so amazing. She was very kind and helpful especially when it came to looking for different styles. The inside of the shop is so elegant, and I definitely love how the rooms were set up for the bride and guests. I am so glad I got my dress here and would recommend this place to anyone.

My mom and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Lillian’s! Autumn listened to me so well and brought me amazing dresses to try - all of which I loved! I ended up saying yes to the first one I tried on. She helped make my “Yes to the Dress” experience so much fun! Thank you, Autumn!

I had such a wonderful experience at Lillian’s! I’d pretty much given up on getting a “true” wedding dress after not having much luck finding a style that felt like me in shops in my my area, when a tiktok from Lillian’s popped up on my feed. My jaw DROPPED and I immediately scheduled an appointment and made the trip down. They had SO many gorgeous dresses that were exactly the style I’d been looking for. I had such a fantastic experience - the privacy of the try on rooms, the atmosphere of the shop and how kind and helpful the consultant I worked with was (thank you Rosie!) all made my experience exactly what I dreamed it would be!

I highly recommend coming to Lillian’s when looking for your wedding gown! I had to find a dress quickly as my grandma was diagnosed with cancer. Not only did I find my dream dress there, but they worked with me to get me the dress on short notice and altered it perfectly very quickly. I am so grateful! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the seamstresses.

I had an excellent experience here! The bridal consultant (Autumn) really listened to my preferences and what I had to say. She picked perfect dresses for me to try on and I found my dress! The store has a wide selection of styles and colors. They also have tons of veils and other accessories. So excited to get my dress in a few months. Thank you Lillian's and thank you Autumn!!
