Our yard looks worse now than it did. Consistent bare spots dead gass and weeds. I have asked that some come out to speak directly with me about what I'm seeing so that we could correct it but they always send someone when I'm not here. Even after ask for a call before they arrive. I began seeing on my treatment statement that they "could not access the back yard". I do have a trailer on the side of the house but, I can get a mower past it. Even if their machine won't fit, I thought most companies would use a hand spreader. With that being said, I was always charged full price for half the work and product. The last application all this occurred. I called to tell them about the weeds and that I needed a spot treatment and after the treatment, I wanted to cancel. I was then literally laughed at by Rebecca the call taker. Mind you the re-treatment is supposed to be part of the paid service. I then asked for her name, she said have a good day and hung up.

Very professional, he does show up on time and does a great job on the lawn. Good value to keep your lawn in great shape...just add water.

I wish I could rate 0 out of stars. I have been extremely disappointed with the service. Most recently today, I called to schedule my aeration and overseeing and the lady who answered the phone told me it was done in August, no way. You can clearly tell when something is aerated because there are plugs of grass and dirt pulled up. We have never had this done. I also have requested a cal from management and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and could give no timeframe of a call. Very upset with this service. Please call me.

Would not recommend this company due to lack of care and their business ethics. Their technicians continually left our gates open, and our dogs got out multiple times. I called to have them put a note on our account to double check that they close our gates and they continued to leave them open. I wanted to cancel the program due to the lack of care. I called and left 3 voicemails and they never returned my call. After 2 weeks of leaving these voicemails, they came out and did a treatment without my consent then charge me for it.

They have done a horrible job. My yard has never looked so bad and I have weeds everywhere. Would definitely not recommend to anyone ever. They are also terrible at responding to their customers.

Prepaid on 12/4/22 for 2023 year. Have confirmation email with confirmation number in hand. They continue to send me bills for service. Called them and they said the prepaid confirmation number and email are auto-generated even if no money is charged to the card. What!?!?Service: Weed control

Contacted them because one of their pickup trucks went flying down my street it's 25 mile an hour he was doing at least 35 When I called the local office I asked to talk to someone aboutthe way one of their drivers was driving and she said are you sure it wasn't true green. She seemed to be very perturbed by my call and I told her I had several witnesses that saw it also plus my grandkids were in the front yard so I wasn't too thrilled. She said is there anything else I said would you like the street and the area I'm in so you can locate which driver is at this point I realized she didn't really care, she wasn't taking it seriously so I hung up on her.I drove down and found which truck it was and I have the truck number the gentleman is in the backyard otherwise I would have told him about his excessive driving now we'll see if leisure on really cares but what their drivers do.White pick up truck 114144. 204 sitting outside of 7052 Society CT. Called into the office 1 week ago and the sales lead was passed on to a salesman to call me back.......no call! Looking at other services now to get a quote. Initially went with then because I worked for them in the past and I'm aware of the quality of their product

They have called me to inform I'm scheduled for treatment at least 10 times without showing up. I explained that every time they do that, I try to cut the lawn right before so it's freshly cut. One time they showed up while it was raining and spent 5 minutes and left. The service from this company is terrible. The reason I tried to make this work is because I'm getting a good price but I realized you get what you pay for. It's unbelievable how bad they are. I've also repeatedly had to call back because weeds were still present. Will never use this company againServices: Grass seeding

The quality of the lawn service has declined as of last year. I have been with them for the past 8 years. They were good but ever since they merged with another company the product quality has decided. I am seeing more weeds take over and scanty lawn patches. The only good thing is that they come in to do extra service if you complain.

Terrible customer service. They don't treat the whole yard, often never answer the phone. You can't leave a message as the VM is full.
