Worked here for 4 years.. on my 4th year they tell me before I come in my route has no packages.. something tells me to ĝo up there and I do.. they gave my route to a white guy because he needed work.. but it's been my route for 3 years.. im a young black man only missed 3 days of work the whole 4 years and they do that to me.. instead of telling truth she lied to my face..boss never responded back or nothing.. racist place

Absolutely horrible.... Sent note lying about a gate code was needed when we don't live in Gated community... Delayed delivery of time sensative item. Customer service was useless.

Customer service is unhelpful, no idea where my package is even though it scanned into Dayton. It’s now missing two delivery dates.Update: it has mysteriously disappeared after being scanned for “preparing for delivery”. Suspish.

My package was marked as delivered but it’s no where to be found. Thankfully, the company I ordered from is replacing my order but one of my items is now out of stock. My experience seems to align with quite a few others. really unfortunate that this company is still open for business with so many people claiming missing packages with no resolution.

I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.

Customer service refuses to answer my questions and puts me back in que this has happened for 5 days now and you can not reach anyone to help with where your package is. At this point I feel they are stealing peoples packages

Twice my packages were marked delivered but nowhere to be found! USPS, FedEx, Amazon, UPS have no problem finding my address. Lasership is terrible!

Absolutely horrible logistics. Paid for expedited shipping but the package is currently 3 days late. Tracking updates stated that the package was loaded on a local delivery truck three days in a row and was out for delivery, but not actually delivered. It is near impossible to reach anyone by telephone. If you do, you either get put on hold until you hang up, or get passed around by phone transfer. Email and the contact us section of their website go un answered.

Their delivery service is TRASH. There's always an older man, in a raggedy van, with an absolute TERRIBLE ATTITUDE who refuses to place packages in the proper place that I've left instructions for, He's lazy and worthless, and should be immediately replaced.

LaserShip always have delivered my package on time or the best they can with Temu because they are taking off with sales and new customers. I love to hear the LaserShip truck backing up sound. I make it to the door in a hurry. ?Thank you LaserShip!!!

Delivery Driver 2nd Delivery dropped Package at my Garage door not to mention I live in a Condominium Neighborhood where you can’t see your garage door instead of bringing to the door like any other Delivery Carrier but I guess since it was raining they didn’t want to get out and get wet. Then my last delivery he tossed the package from the sidewalk to door like me was playing a Game. Very Disrespectful People Delivering Customer Packages.
