The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean. They do have a computer inside the front door they expect you to check in with it upon arrival.

I came to this location after a different place (not related to LabCorp) administered the wrong blood test series. I have gone to a couple in Cincinnati and had wonderful experiences so I thought I’d try up here, too. I was greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable lady at the front desk. She was also the one that did my blood work. Luanne, you were very sweet and nice to talk to. Thank you for your help during this process! Very painless and made me feel so comfortable. I drove 30 minutes up here and was absolutely not disappointed. Highly recommend this location!!!

I was hesitant to go to this location after reading so many negative comments, but I decided I should give it a try. Checking in on the kiosk was aggravating and time-consuming. After I sat down, I didn't have to wait very long even though there were two people in front of me. I didn't sign up on line for an appointment time. I don't know what that would have been like. The woman at the front desk wasn't too friendly initially, but that changed after a brief chat. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I barely felt the stick. She nicely answered my questions and wished me a good day when I left. The facility was clean and tidy. I would recommend this office to others.

Only here to pick up supplies for a test. Short wait time. Needs to be better signage available that points out you need to sign in electronically .The lady that waited on me was very pleasant and explained everything perfectly.

I have called this place twice, the automated service says “please hold,” then it hangs up on me. Compunet said my order was not in from my doctors and the Compunet lady said doctors are entering for Lab Core unless the patient specifies Compunet, something to do with Kettering Network. So I called Lab Core twice during their open business hours hangs up on me twice. I’m just going to call my doctor and ask her to enter it in for Compunet.

I came for outine blood work, but I've never been here before. There is no sign that it is mandatory to check in at a kiosk. I waited in line 10 minutes to check in with an unfriendly receptionist who sent me back to a kiosk that didn't work. Called up later to same unfriendly receptionist who couldn't pull up the doctor's order in their system. Complete waste of time!!!

Their terms of service make them impossible to work with. They didn't submit my bill to my insurance provider, and just put the money into collections. I only noticed that it wasn't payed because I saw my credit score going down. I called them to get it settled and their system forbids them from sending the bill a second time(even though they never sent it a first time) I received nothing in the mail, insurance couldn't help without their cooperation, and they never helped. Had to pay the bill personally. I will never work with Labcorp again. If you need bloodwork done, go somewhere else.

Arrived and saw the kiosk for check in. At my age that usually sucks. It was easy. Thought I would have to wait a long time. I didn't. The two ladies who completed my orders were, very professional, very enthusiastic, and very comforting! The art work was awesome too.

I really don't know where to start with this review. I had to have some routine bloodwork done and the LabCorp in Huber Heights. They are able to do Saturday morning appointment, which is super convenient for me. I go in, I check in at the kiosk, and I take a seat. I am the only person in the waiting room. As I'm sitting there, I can overhear the three ladies behind the window talking about someone which I soon figured out was me. They said "Did he just leave?" "He probably forgot his insurance card." And then the one lady with red hair says "If that MORON doesn't come back in five minutes, I'm canceling his appointment." Yep...she called me a moron. I immediately stood up and walk over to the window. I calmly say "Are you referring to me?" All three ladies looked at me like deer in headlights. The lady that called me a moron started stuttering and stammering. She asked my name, and I said yes that's me, and she says "Oh, we thought you left. We have been calling for you." I replied back and said "No you didn't, I have been sitting here staring at the window, listening to your entire conversations. Next time, you might want to check the room before you start calling people morons." She completely ignored the fact that I was called a moron and just asked for my insurance card and payment method. They took me back and did the blood work. I will say, the lady that did my bloodwork was super friendly. Although, she was probably trying to make up for the fact that I was just insulted in the waiting room. As I was walking out, the lady with red hair, the one that called me a moron, yells out at me "Sorry about all that, we had thought you left". I didn't even acknowledge that hateful woman and I continued out the door.

I went in for the first time today and did not have an appointment. Electronic check-in was quick and easy. No waiting at all (arrived around 12:40pm). Phlebotomist was skillful, fast, and friendly. I would not hesitate to go here again.
