The staff is always very nice and personable. If you don't have an appointmen, the wait can be very long. Since making appointments and doing the "wait where your comfortable" it allows me to sit in my car and wait for my appointment, skip the crowded waiting room. Parking can be hard, too, if it's busy.

They go to lunch at 12:30 to 1:30. The website says 1-2pm. Got here at 12:30 for nothing.

Been there twice in the last two months no problem in and out very quickly. Easy check in with no appointment.
