Labcorp inside Wilmington Pike Walgreens is highly recommended. Jen, was personable, kind and very professional.Please consider this location if you have had a less than steller experience at the location in Miamisburg. 5 stars!!!

AWFUL!! Do not take your minor children here. They do not no how to do pediatric blood draws . The lady short blonde hair was so rude from the minute we walked into the room . She stuck my daughter incorrectly because the blood was coming out so slow, then proceeds to move the needle around multiple times, then says we’ll I’ll have to stick her again . My daughter has routine labs at children’s and this has never happened . They need to be trained in pediatrics and fix their attitudes. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.

All I want is to have lab work done. I don’t need to get the DMV attitude treatment while thats happening. Horrible experience.

Called 3 times ahead of time to see if they were open and if there was a wait. No response at all. Showed up to no one at the counter, so no one could tell me when I’d be seen. Came in plenty of time before their lunch break and I wasn’t about to wait until afterwards to even speak with someone, so I left. Not wasting my time on this ever again.

The technician working on December 9 at 3:45 pm at the Labcorp Bellbrook Walgreens was very rude and grumpy. She need some remedial training in customer service. That or fired.

Potentially a devastating mistake made by Lab Corp technician Jennifer Faris today during a random drug testing through Ohio Board of Nursing.Information was entered in wrong and instead a receipt resived indicating that it is through OBN, it was through some employer in Portland Oregon , and it was a Federal Drug testing. When trying to adres the potential mistake, Jennifer maintained that this is correct and open the door for me to be on my way.I was confused at first, not fully understanding what just happened, however made the attempt to call LabCorp and follow up on this potentialy devastating mistake.CUSTOMER SERVICE representative was of no help, instead giving me another 1800 #..which again was no help.I did contact the OBN representative and she assured me that it will be ironed out.For me, this should have never happened if only Ms. FARIS wouldn't be so rude and horribly rushed.If I would have not inspected that receipt and noted a mistake, consequence would have been enormous, since OBN would have never received the results and I would have been marked as no show for a random drug test.My livelihood and career depend on my license, which would have been definitely compromised.Their customer services complaint side is nonfunctional, but I wanted to make everyone aware.We all make mistakes, I get it but not being willing to look into it and correct it is unexcusable.Labcorp never got back to me.

I chose this location because the website said that if you check in via phone when you arrive, you can wait in your car until they are ready for you (which would, if true, be a great for avoiding germs from the sick people at the adjacent pharmacy counter). I followed the instructions, went inside when I received a text indicating they were ready, but then still had to wait 20 minutes inside the store. I might have had to wait longer if I hadn’t been assertive. (Because I became concerned that they’d completely forgotten me, I knocked on the door several minutes after I saw another customer exiting it). When I called the phone number, it played a recording that said “we may be assisting other customers or we may be closed,” which was almost comically unhelpful.

Wendy was sooo nice! I called before we headed here, she made sure we got back right away! Sooo helpful especially given that I had my 2 littles with me! Thanks again for all your help !

I placed a simple order for curbside pickup. I sat in my vehicle for 15 min after it said it was being brought out. It then said it was picked up but I never got it. Waited longer. went through the drive through and they said they had no record of my order. Walked into the pharmacy and they said it would be at the front desk. Waited longer and they finally did have it at the front desk. What a pain in the a*** Did curbside pickup to make it easier and I went through all 5 methods and took an hour of my time. Never again to this place.
