My father had a motorcycle accident and he was having a lot of trouble with wanting to leave and being agitated and the staff here were all so good with him and kind. In fact they made me feel very welcome everyday I came to visit. The security guard even took my dad around in his wheelchair to get him calm and out of the hospital room. My dad’s making a full recovery now and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff in the ICU! Ty again.

Kettering Hospital staff was terrific ... Doctors ask the right questions and examine and check and make sure you are being diagnosed properly.
Nurses and Nursing Assistants as well as other staff all went out to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Barely mediocre. First day or so, acceptable. The last day, totally unacceptable. Left my mom half dressed with no covers for well over an hour, didn’t put all of her belongings in a bag as she was being discharged - threw away a number of personal items. What a joke! Tired of hearing about lack of staff, etc. Get over it and provide proper care!! Several of the doctors and nurses were outstanding or the rating would be lower.

I appreciate the whole entire staff for being so sweet and kind during my stay. It was peaceful, quiet, and clean. My pain was addressed expeditiously ?. I am 100% happy with Kettering.

I recently had a very hard experience I needed to deal with. The nurses on Labor and Delivery were wonderful. They were very respectful and supportive. Made sure I felt at ease and offered a ton of comfort. They answered all my questions quickly and with accuracy. I will not hesitate using them in the future.

everyone was super great, kept me informed and kept me positive. I have one question though: A doctor Moore came in and talked with me while I was in emergency; the nurse looked at him with the expression like "who in hell is this guy?" So my question is "who is doctor Moore?"

My stay was short However, my service was Awesome!!!! Doctors, Nurses, Aides and Custodial staff ..went Over and Beyond for my Care.I came in with a heart rate of 120 -140 at Rest, Thank You!!!!!
P.S. I can't forget the young woman, that took my meal orders, she did fantastic job. Please, don't ask for any names, but, I went through Emergency, between 9-10 am, got to my room, 11:30 pm, room # 3406 and checked out, 5:00 pm

Keep getting emails to my personal email, these emails are regarding a patient. Several a week. I have contacted them as I know more than I should about the strangers treatments. Still receiving emails. I am from the UK and I get charged a lot every time I have to call. I will not be calling back.

i dont know where to begin, my day nurse, Kris,and my night nuse Sarah, were both wonderful. and i miss them both still. both pt lisa's were awsome, the cafeteria/ meals service personnel i was very fond of and i was able to say goodbye during departure. 5 stars is not enough for the connection and over the top care i recieved, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! mark, rm 4104
