Do not take your dog here if they have any vet anxiety at all. I took my 3 year old corgi here and on intake mentioned sometimes he’s anxious and takes a little bit to warm up to new vets. He has never growled, bitten, or shown aggression at the vet ever. Well when the vet exams him and goes to do allergy shots they automatically put a muzzle on him “because the vaccine can sting”. He has never required muzzling and he had been getting the same allergy shots for years at this point. The muzzle scared him so badly he nearly fell off the table after the tech left him unattended which the tech and vet laughed at!! Completely unprofessional and insensitive staff. So glad we switched to a fear-free vet!

We called to get our greatdane pup in as an established patient but new owners (family member) they want to charger us a 78.00 charge for new patients. And then wanted to have me call family member and have him okay treatment. He works nights will not be able to do that till later this evening. They just called to cancel our appointment because they can't get a hold of family member. Do not recommend

Refused to see my injured dog. Took him in and the staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. A Veterinarian staff that doesn’t like animals. Would strongly not recommend to anyone who cares about their animals.PS-may want to change your name since you aren’t an actual hospital.

The building is very clean and the staff is very nice. I have a new puppy from a rescue, and they had an appointment the next day. I wanted to make sure she is healthy. Dr. Mader is young and very nice. She answered all my questions and the tech was super also. I wanted a vet closer to my new house and totally lucked out at Kettering Animal Hospital. They are great and I can see the same vet for my next appointment. I highly recommend them.

My cat got very sick and I brought him in without calling ahead. They helped me and allowed me to bring him in for 3 days in a row to check on him. Unfortunately my baby didn't make it but the doctor tried everything and really worked with me. While I'm sad at the outcome they were really great and made my kitty as comfortable as he good be till the end.

I took my dog in to be put to sleep. After the first injection he started to suffer terribly in pain and fright. He required two more injections over the next 20/30 minutes. During the next half hour he was extremely frightened and scared as the drug was slowly paralyzing his body. It was incredible inhumane treatment. The vet would rush in, never introduce herself, and rush out. It would take another 15 minutes for the aide to get her to come back in for another injection while he was really suffering. It took four injections to finally put him to sleep.

So far, so good! Kettering Animal Hospital has been great about taking care of my dog. Appointments have generally been on time, they have frequent sales on flea/tick and heart worm treatments, and the vets have been great. They've been very attentive to the needs of my 16 year old dachshund. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff are amazing! The nurse was incredibly amazing and informative! Our first time visit and better than any vet we've been too in 10 years! Highly recommend!

Took my cat there she had been coughing. they ordered a blood and urine test and xrays, at a total of $1500.00 my Wife spent 750.00 and so did I when I left from the second visit they gave her an anti biotic shot cost $80 that cleared the whole sickness up, they are not an animal Hospital they are an animal clinic, they have to send all their tests out to be analyzed, and they will rip you off, why not give the shot 1st see if she improves then the tests if she don't ?? Never see me in there again

The place smells like urine bad!!! They gave my new cat 1 shot took her weight, checked for fleas listened to heart for 20 seconds charged me 91 bucks. Front office staff was wonderful soo nice. I really dont know if I'm going back!
