Our truck broke down and they were the only ones that got to us in a timely fashion. They have gone above and beyond to get our truck fixed and get us rolling again. Including driving my husband to a hotel and picking him up when the truck was done. UPS didn't get the part needed on the truck so they could finish so the owner had one of the guys run to where is was and pick it up. I can not praise them enough for how well they took care of us!! Thank you!!!

Overall everyone I talked to that worked there were professional, courteous, and efficient. I run heavy haul and hazmat primarily and need all running/marker lights operational. Got a 2020 Benson step deck with l.e.d lights that had a short running throughout. Been to 3 TA's, 2 Love's, and almost 600 in labour fees and they all told me there is a short but I can't find it. I get to K M Walker on a whim because they were close to where I was orginally supposed to get the issue fixed but they couldn't help me. I talk to Kevin who has 30 yrs experience; left my trailer with him and was contacted about three and a half hrs later with an affordable resolution that didn't break the bank. I'm grateful because now I can get back to making money safely. If you are in Dayton, OH and need some work done don't waist time and money by going anywhere else.
