Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online. My daughter tried on one shoe at home before I instantly realized I ordered the wrong size. I went to take them back the day after I received them and was told I couldn’t return a $70 pair of shoes because it looked like they had been worn outside. Even thought the associate next to her repeatedly kept telling her they were probably sent to me like that, she still refused to return. There was no sign that they had been worn outside. There were a couple of markings on the bottom that looked like dust that could be easily wiped off. But you could clearly tell that these light colored shoes never touched the ground. As well as if she wore them outside, wouldn’t the whole bottom of the shoe be dirty and scuffed? Not to mention the fact that my child couldn’t even wear them. I will never return to this location again. The lady wasn’t even interested in trying to help me. I went to another location and had no issues with my return. And they THOROUGHLY checked the shoes and saw no sign of “outside” wear.

The staff is very underwhelming. Sat with my kid for over 5 minutes while 3 employees were... Not really sure what they were doing. Finally one whispered, "can I help you," from behind the counter- couldn't walk into the large store. They look for the size and of course did not have it, as the store never seems to be stocked well. I think that if you are worried about passing a drug test you should work here.

I recently visited this location and although I wasn't really looking for shoes for my son, I saw a pair on sale and thought, for the price, they'd be great for school. The shoes WERE TAGGED $19.99(98?) but they rang up $29.99(98?). The employee and I were both confused so she goes to the back to ask the manager. The manager comes out and takes the pair and tells the employee that they were tagged incorrectly. She doesn't even address me but just expected that I would pay the increased price. I asked, what did you say? She THEN says that they were tagged wrong and that wasn't supposed to be the price. She looks at me almost like this is my mistake. At the VERY LEAST there should have been an apology but I said to my friend, don't you usually honor the item as marked in these situations?!? I didn't make a fuss b/c I shouldn't have to. That's just the right thing to do but this manager didn't have it in her to even apologize for THEIR mistake so, no, I won't be buying the shoes and I may not go back just b/c that is poor customer service. This mall is a ghost town as is. You'd think customer respect and appreciation would be at the top of your training! This isn't the 1st time that I have had poor service at this location to make matters worse!
