This was my 1st & last visit with this "over priced" place! Courtney rushed through my visit, hardly spoke ten words to me, and I left there with absolutely the worst hair style that I have ever had! It was NOTHING LIKE I SHOWED HER! It was a 3 color style with a 5 minute haircut! If she couldn't do it, she should of spoke up, instead of taking my money!! I called the very next working day and complained, and it took her over 7 days to get in touch with me, even though I kept calling back! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!! Also they over charged me by $50 !!! Be warned!

I’m sure the staff is great, and all seem nice, but I was straight denied the service I paid for and told to leave as she didn’t want to give me a Brazilian. She waited to do this after she had me get nude. Then said I needed a month of growth-which is something I’ve never heard anywhere. I already had to rush straight from college to this place on a voting day. So traffic is very bad. I have three young kids too. So I’m very busy. It’s hard to fit anything in. I appreciate it though. I’ll just go to the waxing center this summer and the times I need a Brazilian then. Take care!
