I bought shoes for my son and my son was complaining about the back of the shoes and I thought it was nothing but I discovered it gave him a splinter and when I took the shoe to return, they wouldn’t take it from me and the shoes was not cheap at all the back his foot turned purple and I told the lady there and she was like oh no we cannot return it I will not go back there anymore

i seen so many reviews about ppl not getting their packages & complaining. i ordered my shoes 3 days ago at a reasonable price, and they’ve arrive today in great condition. i’d recommend shopping w them!

My husband and I was in the store today.We asked a young lady(carrying a purse,long braids and texting while talking to us)to check a size.She came back and said my size was not in stock and proceeded to text.Never making eye contact and never asking if I needed anything else.She proceeded to bench and continued texting like we were bothering her.Very unprofessional . I told my husband all the employees need to be trained .All we’re talking amongst themselves and on their phones…Not a good experience

Order cancelled because they were unable to fulfill it, 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund. Sent multiple emails, 2 weeks for a response and they sent the same email from the first time saying I’ll have my money back in 3-5 days. Do not buy from website

The manager Ronisha was very helpful with my return so my son wasn’t stuck with an item he couldn’t fit! and professional! I would recommend this place. I gave a 4 star because the return policy sucks if you don’t have a receipt or profile it can make the return process a pain and the 14 days return policy should be at least 30days.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but this experience was one of the worst!!! Not only did I have my 7 yr old son with me to look for shoes but when we walked in there wasn’t anyone in sight. The young lady at the cash register was sitting down on her phone there was a young man with his hoodie up leaning against the wall all in his phone so much so I scared him smh then there was this rude individual in the back who proceeded to ask me “you need a size or somethin”. I could of overlooked that because it was a slow day but just when it couldn’t get any worse we get home to realize they gave us the wrong shoe. So managers and employees of this store my message to you, act like you have some dang sense and take pride in your work! It honestly is pathetic to see this type of service now days and I won’t be returning to this store for anything else! I’ll be in today to return the wrong pair of shoes I was given and take my business else where.

Nice clothes management blows they don't deserve 1 star its more -5 stars. Return policy is sorry as management they tell yu no refunds when you have to take something back. But no postings saying no refunds not even on the receipt. Then manager points at the counter under the stack of paperwork it says it. When yu can't see it sorry I say sorry

I think this is a great store for a younger person that likes urban gear. that is hip and cool.... think this store is a little too youth-oriented from my taste. I'm a little more traditional. If I was a bit younger I think it would be my favorite store...
