Had to give a star to put this up. This is the most unprofessional and rude place. Had the less than a month key fell apart and they say they don't have a backup. Wrong bc if you repo u have 1. Service is nasty, finance lady was rude, Jim is rude and acts like he doesn't no anything. This has been the worse experience ever I swear no 1 should ever go here. They play games at all times

Bought a 2011 Chevy Cruz that pretty much blew up just months after buying and then Byrider took a little over 3 months to fix the car and return it all while refusing to help with a rental. I found out at the first oil change that the oil pan was damaged and needed replaced, I have called multiple times since then to get it replaced. Nearly 6 months later and I still have not received a call back or even gotten an answer when I call every week. This is ridiculous. DO NOT buy from Byrider. This is the second near death trap they have sold me ?

They were awesome I wish I would have shopped here instead of Columbus I bought a lemon and now I have ro pay for it because my insurance company totaled it out after learning it had been in 3 previous accounts and a theft smh and now I'm out of money and owe money only after two days.

Great explanations of credit and building confidence in the rebuilding process, which could be scary. Jeff is awesome. Very personable made this process way less stressful and me less anxious.

Jim was fantastic, made everything easy to understand and comfortable, explained everything deeply to make sure I understood and even gave me great tips to proceed with buying my first car which was a ford edge and it’s an amazing vehicle highly recommended. Highly recommend this place for people starting their credit or have no credit, I’m 18 with no credit payed 2k down and now able to drive away. Best place I’ve been too.
