Today was my first time going to Janell. I know I asked a lot of d*** questions about sealing brick and cement on a chimney and crown. I had never done it before and the salesman behind the counter was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The guys on the loading dock were friendly as well.

I stopped in looking for cmu waterproofing supplies and the man behind the counter (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful and kind. I will be back if I have another concrete project in the future.

Pretty bad customer service , priced way to high talked to a Tom Mackzum and this guy was a joke..your better off going to home depot for your concrete needs..

Waste of time! I wouldn't buy one 94lb bag from them Better off ordering from Lowes or Home Depot .. Horrible!
