I was helped by Q and he was very professional. He wasn’t able to help me same day due to a lot of clients and close to time for the office to close, (which is understandable) but he made sure to call me the next morning to help me. The process was fast but thorough.

My experience at Jackson Hewitt was awesome and wonderful. Q was my agent and explained my taxes to very well. I am so grateful to him for that, because he provided the maximum refund that is due to me. I will definitely come back next year to have my federal and state taxes filed.
