This was my wife and I’s first time utilizing Jackson Hewitt for taxes. Our work schedule is crazy, and then being open on the weekends is extremely convenient! We had an appointment and was paired up with Farida today. She was absolutely amazing! From answering silly questions to helping even teach us more about tax preparation. Genuinely made a weekend tax appointment ENJOYABLE. Which I never thought I’d say.As a full time self employed barber taxes can be tricky and scary. From now on I will be using J.H. Tax preparation for the years to come! Thank you again Farida!

Usually doing taxes is a pain but this time around was quite pleasant. Charrisa took very good care of me and walked me step by step through the process and had me laughing so hard by the time we finished, it felt like minutes had passed. Most definitely coming back to file next year
