Have been amazing people to work with. I bought my Journey back in February and have run into issue after issue with it. First the radiator, then the water pump, thermostats, serpentine belt, battery, and starter. Got it back from the shop I had sent it to and it was done for (or so I thought) within two hours. Sent it back to J&N and they got it fixed with the head gasket, wheel bearing and another new battery (yay for AutoZone screwing that part up). They have always been a pleasure to work with and communication is so smooth.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!The day after I bought the car the engine light came on leaving me broke down on the highway! Took it to them, took them 2 weeks to fix. I had it back for 2 days engine light comes back on. I haven't had my car for over a month because they have been "fixing it" Every time I call they said there trying to replicate the problem. What is there to replicate the car transmission went out. The car doesn't even go in reverse. Last Saturday I came in to ask what was going on with it. He said it would be done by Friday of next week. It is currently Friday I waited till 530 pm to go down there and of course the car isn't finished yet. I asked him why he said it would be doneHe said he never said it would be ready.Basically calling me a lier. I have barley drove this car for a total of a week! They are scaming people! Do not get a car from here! It is not worth it!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ! 9 days after having my car I had to buy a battery, get a alternator, hose were not even connected so all my oils would drain out instantly & my motor went out and had a clogged catalytic converter. All I was told was their shop could fix it but they are backed up so ain’t no telling when I would be able to get the car looked at.

DONT BUY FROM HERE .Car broke down the same day I bought it and they didn’t give me my money back. Told me only thing I can do is pick out a different car, when I tried the car was 3000 more than what I wanted to pay so I walked away with no money and no car. Didn’t even have the car for a week.
