If I can give them zero I would they were straight rip off I bought a couple phones there and they were trash and over price and they said new and they were used I will never go back there again I’d rather go to a real store the service was trash

The young man behind the counter was very nice. He held a sim card for me until I was able to get the shop to pick it up. He immediately installed the card and updated my phone. I didn't even have to ask. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Amazing service. My old phone was about to explode and they were still able to fix it like new! Also had plenty of phones of all models in stock. Plenty of people came because service is great. The guy and his dad are great people and nice. Best place in Ohio come and check it out

My phone was recently stolen out of my car, the next day I drove all around Dayton to multiple phone stores not getting approved or being told I would have to wait to get a phone shipped to me, I went to this location and I got approved in 5 minutes to be financed for a phone & IT WAS ACTUALLY IN STOCK, they were helpful, funny, and very caring . I even got a free phone case ,and got some AirPods . The customer service was top tier I told them I’ll be back in person to pay my bill just to see them ❤️
