This is the third time ive been to this location and it was closed early! I've been with huntington for atlease 11 years and this is the only one that does this.

Very nice, professional and super helpful people are working here. They listen, they care, they help. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who helped me over the phone to resolve an issue last week. That valued lady and all of the staff in that branch cannot be nicer and more helpful. Thank you, Huntington, for hiring the best people and the customer service training you provided to them.

I cannot speak for the branch. But I can say that huntington.com is blocked in many countries outside the US including Lithuania, an EU country. What's more the "customer service" personnel refuse to help a client (me) when the site is not accessible. If you travel, avoid this bank. In fact, if you don't travel avoid this bank

Do NOT waste your time at this branch! I went to open an account about an hour before closing time and the staff redirected me to open an account "online". Using the information they gave me, I started the application process, and who would have guessed? The website redirected me to go see one of the branches in person to open an account. The customer service is a joke. Will not come back again. I would rate it a ZERO if I could!

I am confused about the poor customer service comments. This is the best bank I’ve ever been to. Ricky is so nice and so is everyone else. It’s been the least complicated bank I’ve ever worked with. I’m planning on consolidating the fast majority of my banking activities with Huntington. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you they are all very problematic. This bank deserves 5 stars.Edit: I still ama amazed at the ease of banking with Huntington. I was in there for 3 minutes. Did two withdrawals and a deposit. If I had to do that at Wright Patt I’d still be there in line. I dislike WPCU a lot.

Place is literally a joke. Poor customer service that wont work with you. I'm so glad they aren't my primary bank, noting but problems since day 1.

The banker who stopped me at the door was a rude j******** he said "We are in Dayton limits it's required to wear a mask." No we are in Oakwood limits. Not Dayton. And it's 95 degrees plus out. All I'm doing is a quick deposit... Get out of here with that crap.

After calling 20 minutes before arriving to confirm that a banker would be available to help me create a new bank account, I had the frustration and honestly I also felt disrespected by the level of unprofessionalism provided. No one cared to notice us for 8 minutes and the excuse used was; because was already 4:20 PM On a MONDAY, it was too late because instead of taking 30 minutes to open a new account( info provided during phone call), now 45 minutes to 1 hour was necessary. Huge waste of my time, miles and gas. Hopefully this branch can improve next time.
