Everyone is so kind and understanding, haven experienced how they react with emergencies yet. I scheduled a surgery for my cat to get fixed as well as my bunny. Hope they are good with those as they are with check ups.

I hate to give this review because they were very accommodating to us at a terrible time in our lives. We brought sweet Shiloh in on Friday August 30, 2024 and were treated with the upmost respect. After saying our goodbyes covered Shiloh up in "HER" blanket and made arraignments for Paws and Remembrance to retrieve her after the Holiday weekend on Tuesday Sept 3rd. We were contacted by funeral home who advised they retrieved Shiloh for cremation today, though she was in a bag with no blanket. We called to find out why she didnt have her blanket and was advised by vet associates they did not have Shiloh's blanket. So after leaving, thinking she would be taken care of as one of their own, she was stuffed in a bag alone. Dealing with this has been hard enough without knowing after we left how things were dealt with. There was no sense of urgency, yea to some it's just a blanket, but for us it was more than that, and an explanation of well we don't have a blanket here that looks like that when we called worried is not acceptable. And no, I was never asked about collars, blankets ect. They did provide a blanket for Shiloh on the table, but we had her on her own blanket. Was her's thrown away like a piece of trash after we left? Sadly we will never know. Wish we would have just taken her ourselves, oh the guilt I have now and the unknown. I'm sorry Shiloh ! ?
I appreciate her blanket was located, I still don't understand why she wasn't placed in a bag with her blanket, nevertheless. I do appreciate your prompt attention and am thankful everything worked out under the circumstances. Thank you again.

My dog needed to be seen, my previous veterinarian was not available. They saw my dog . I went in quickly. They showed concern and kindness for Pepper. We discussed the prognosis and treatment. I will change to this veterinarian.

The vets and staff are very kind and accommodating! My dog had surgery here, and I am so impressed by the level of care and communication that has gone into her recovery. They have done a great job addressing any worries that I have and taking care of my dogs!

Everyone there has always been nice and helpful. They seem to really care about the animals.
Now the down side is that it's hard to get a hold of them when you call.

Great caring vets.
Update: A year later ... Still a great place!! My fur babies (dogs and cats) have always received great care. The techs and doctors have always been friendly (to both me and the animals). The front desk staff are amazing at organizing chaos and efficient with check in/out.

Prompt professional service for my senior cat's health conditions. Possible urinary tract infection. Snowball received a thorough exam, lab testing, and medication based on her needs.

they are the worst company to answer their phones they say they go to lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 but their phones are off 20 minutes earlier than 12:30 .every time you call you get put on hold and a lot of times you call it goes to a busy tone I watched yesterday as I was sitting in the lobby when the receptionist answered the phone she put them straight to hold and then sat there and finished her conversation with another staff member poor business ethic
