H&R Block is an absolute joke. I received an email that an appointment with Sandy Marshall had been scheduled with my information in a different state.
I called and received the worst customer service. They had no idea what I was talking about, kept asking if I wanted to cancel, schedule or reschedule an appointment.
When I asked if there was a supervisor available to get this cleared up, they put a different non-supervisor person on the phone who could not assist me either and felt the need to let me know they’d been working for the company for 25 years. Sweetheart, years of employment in a job role does not equate to knowledge, it just means you've somehow not been let go yet.
I then called the general H&R Block number, where the call was answered with dead air followed by the girl chewing what sounded like chips throughout our call.
When I say H&R Block is a JOKE, that is an absolute understatement. Thank you for not providing the most basic assistance to my problem today.

Going to file taxes and paying taxes cause i live in the city and work in the township is so wrong to me. I enjoyed the gentleman that took care of what i was there for but the government/ State/ Cities or who ever need laws changed so those of us that work ever day that are put on schedule. Changed the Laws for us.

Great place to get your taxes filled. I skipped a couple of years on my taxes, and Chunson Bellus got me all. Filed out and ready... of course, I owned some money, but it was nother like i was expecting. I truly appreciate the people down there five stars.

Three years ago I went to h and r block to get my taxes done and while I was waiting my turn I got to talking to a the front desk guy named George Doyle. I explained to George about how I just got diagnosed and doctors wasn’t thinking I had much time left. He said I know that you’ll be ok because I’m going to pray for you every night. Three years later he still checks up on me and tells me I’m in his prayers. I truly believe I have met my guardian Angel at H and R block. Every since then I only go to them. No matter what religion you believe in or even if this post isn’t about my taxes, I truly believe I was meant to meet him that day. I was feeling my lowest and hopeless and he just stayed positive and made my day a whole lot better! Thank you George for being my hope.

This place didn't do our taxes right and charged way too much ,people were nice is the only positive they made many errors on our taxes
