“I watch for deals and shop wisely. There are a lot of employees and a lot do not have real world experiences with what you're working on. So find someone that has some knowledge of what you're doing and they'll Help. If not you're gonna buy too much it's going to be too expensive and it will not work. Tools are good it's a bit pricey at times. A lot of employees are very nice. Some are dumb as rocks. And the website is very slow and choppy all the time. I get a military discount thank you. And do your research there's YouTube. There are people that have knowledge to fix things ask them what you need. Keep your receipt don't use it and return it unless it's broke. But home depot has the majority of what I need.”

“I only went there to return an item. The item was so old u could not get it out of the tube. The clerk was pleasant and friendly. I often do not go to this business because of the lack of service by the staff on duty. Today I found the items I was looking for by myself. I went to return items and the manager on duty was very helpful in helping me return items I tried to return a long time ago but was denied. I ask if they had a new store manager. She said yes. This is twice in one week I have received service I had not seen before. It would appear the change in management has helped the stores overall customer service. I will return in the future.”
