The driver(Randy) was absolutely fantastic, I gave them the address of Subaru in Dayton but apparently they do their work off site. He took it to the other site with no additional charge and was so understanding. Im going to use Hollis if I ever need towing services again!

Hollis showed up about an hour after the scheduled pick up. The issue with my vehicle was a seized steering wheel while parked at a gas station. I was careful not to force the steering wheel after I noticed the issue. Upon arrival the driver got in my car immediately and with all of his strength forced the steering wheel before I had a chance to tell him not to do so. His job was to move my vehicle from one location to another. I didn’t call a mechanic or a troubleshooter. I called a towing company. Long story short - the wiring harness within the steering column that runs to all parts of the car were then shredded and ripped out beyond reasonable repair due to the amount of force he put on the steering wheel - $5,200 later - hollis is offering no help because the issue was “pre-existing”. Were the wires tangled before Hollis got there? Yes. Did they get in my car and make it worse by forcing the wheel and absolutely shredding any chance of a simple repair. Yes. It is the equivalent of taking a sledge hammer to a small dent in a car - and saying it was pre-existing. My honest assessment of this company is that they know how to tow a vehicle - just don’t let them inside.

Robyn is amazing! We had a no-start condition in Tipp last night. Called Hollis this morning to get service and a possible tow. She was professional, asked if I’d like advice about charging newer cars(which I gladly took), got me charged and made sure it was good before I left. She went above and beyond. Best tow company service I’ve ever received, by far. Thank you, Robyn!

My Honda had a CV axle failure right at rush-hour. NICE! Hollis answered my call first try. They informed me it'll be ~1hr due to a rash of accidents. Dispatch called at the 1/2hr mark to tell me they're still on schedule. The driver Vern called me 15mins later and arrived in another 20mins. I appreciate they use 'flatbed' haulers. Vern kept me entertained even as I was clearly having a bad day. ? He off-loaded my car right where I asked in my driveway. Thank You Hollis team for the Excellent Service!

My baby girl and I were stuck on the side of the road in pitch black he got there in 38 minutes when we were quoted 90. He was friendly and professional. I will always recommend Hollis.
