Friendly hotel staff. Shuttle driver was super nice and talkative. They do have a large free breakfast until 9:30am which I opted out for as I got in about 2:30am/3am the night before from a late flight and wanted to catch some extra sleep. My colleagues however said the breakfast was amazing and mentioned how incredible the biscuits and gravy were. Bathrooms have spacious countertops and they have Dove products for your disposal. Beds are very comfortable.

Choose a different hotel. There are many around this one that I regret not choosing. The Fairfield next door is a much better option.Staff were uncooperative with my need to change my checkout date because they refused to pay the commission to expedia for a room I needed out of early. They 100% could have refunded me but chose to stiff me for booking through a 3rd party.Showers are luke warm at best, with awful pressure. Do not stay here if you value a good shower after a hard day.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Delicious continental breakfast. Location was great due to the various places to eat nearby.

I stayed here for TrotCon 2023 and this was a fabulous stay. Every staff member treated everyone respectfully and equally, no critiques with anyone. Breakfast was incredible to eat and the room was very cool (recommend to bring a sweater). I hadn't had a chance to be in the pool and the fitness center but those were really neat. Everything was organized and good. Would highly recommend! I'd like to come again to the next TrotCon.

Two rooms booked twice in one week for stop over travel through Dayton. During the first booking one of the rooms had bedding that smelled like pee and in the other, the fire alarm was triggered by showering. I hoped that these were anomalies and we had bad luck with booking that day. Checking in for our second booking, we arrived to find that house cleaning had not occurred in one of the rooms, so we were reassigned. The room we were reassigned had poor air quality that stuffed up my sinuses and caused my eyes to sting while trying to sleep overnight. So unhealthy for the kids. The pool at this location won't be open until 10am tomorrow, making it unavailable to us for use before check out. Overall, this hotel seems to be showing signs of poor management and understaffing. It's sad. I recommend avoiding a booking here until rectified. There are a lot of other options. Don't hotel chains have a regional manager to see that brand quality standards are met? Gross times at this location and it doesn't reflect well on the brand.

1st thing we get to our room, no air and it’s 85 degrees. Called front desk tells us to just turn the whole thing off and give it time. Well that didn’t work called again and said I’ll have to see if maintenance is available. Thankful maintenance was still here and got it working.2nd- we came here for a baseball tournament. This hotel has no business hosting large crowd events. They ran out of most food items and said they are just use to business people being here. The grouchy lady trying to close the doors before the end of breakfast hours.3rd- ran out of towels (NO TOWELS) I had to go to Walmart to by towels so my family could shower.4- the lady at the front desk told the kids that they need to go sit in there rooms and not in the lobby or hallways.5. The New General Manager (per the staff)Decided to take the cords to the computers that are in the lobby for guest to use and lock them in her office. Because apprently giving these kids things to do outside of their rooms, is not appropriate. And when I seen kids at the computers they were behaving.6. Only thing I would give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is house keeping very nice and helpful.7. Overall if your staying here for baseball or large events that have children I would go elsewhere.

The night manager, John, was so friendly and welcoming even with my late night arrival. The rooms were clean, the linens were so soft, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was the first time I’ve ever been able to sleep in a hotel room without my sleep mask (the room was so dark - love it!). It was an excellent stay, especially for the price.

Nice new hotel with good service and staff. Minimum breakfast although it's dressed up well. Rooms are new and comfortable. 1st floor rooms with high ceilings give a feel of more space. No housekeeping though depending on length of stay. Otherwise pretty good. Lots of food choices nearby.
