Jody Canupp is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the market. She is so helpful through the whole process. She’s quick to respond and help with anything you may need. She helped us nail down the very first house we put an offer in on. In a really difficult area to get a home in. We couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you Jody!!!

Jody Canupp is awesome I love her she’s a great person too. I highly recommend her! She was my realtor when we bought our house 8 years ago and hired her again few months ago and sold my house pretty quick, she’s very helpful. I will hire her again in the future when it’s time for me to buy another property. Thank you Jody!!!

Top notch real estate company! Jody Canupp was amazing. Compassionate (this was a very difficult home sale for us) and professional. Knowledgeable. An EXCELLENT communicator. She made the whole process practically stress free! Highly recommend!

they could improve by making sure their agents are doing their jobs because of Sean Lightfoot I am homeless Saturday. because he can't read a contract for move in dates etc. I'm losing a foster placement and now have to scramble to find living arrangements for my family. Sean was rude to my agent about the issue even tho this is his error. he just passes the buck. there is little to no help from his superiors either. this has been an issue since Monday and they do nothing about contacting clients until less than 24 hours before they ate supposed to be out of my home. Sean isnt responsive he literally missed every single deadline there was multiple addendums done to mask his incapability to perform even the simplest of his job duties. No company that employs people like this can be trusted. deal with this company and SEAN LIGHTFOOT specifically. very cautiously. as a buyer he will screw you and as a seller he will get you wrapped up in a eviction lawsuit.

Kim Williams is the best and the reason for the 5 stars. She always returned our calls, emails, and text in a timely manner. Being out of state I was worried about selling my parents home in Dayton Ohio, but Kim was marvelous and sold the house in approximately 18 days.Thanks again Her Realtors

I had a very positive experience using Her Realtors. Everyone I worked with was totally professional and got the info to me quickly and when they said they would. I saved some money by using your agency. Very friendly and helpful. My agent Eric was great to work with. Very professional and got things done quickly. We had an offer which we accepted the first week after listing.

Resourceful and helpful. He helped us prepare our property before we placed it on the market. Gave us advice on what renovations we could do to get more money. When we were done, we got a above ask offer which we closed on, only 4 days on the market.

This is the worst real estate company I have ever worked with. Jaime Florence from Enon was our agent and did nothing to sell our home, didn’t return text, emails or phone calls from my wife and I or the bank or the buyers agent. They called me and said they can’t get a reply so we were at a stand still. Then I tried to call the district manager Matthew Wattercutter and left several messages on his office and cell phone and still haven’t had a response. I can’t express how awful we were treated by this company and would never recommend them. I will also post this on social networks to let people know to never use them !!!!

I'm a real estate student went to talk to them about them become my brokerage. Both guys I talked to blow me off. They would they would get back in touch with me and they never did. Felt like they only care about Tami and don't care about other agents. Very disappointed won't ever go back to them for anything
