We went to literally about 10 different jewelry stores and were about to give up our search before we decided to try Helzberg. We were immediately greeted by Gabby and she found us our perfect matches right within our budget in no time at all! It was a flawless experience. Josh was extremely helpful right away with what I needed and did not hesitate to help me.I needed for my watch bands to be adjusted and he was more then willing to help and I asked was there any fee and stated there generally was $10 but it was OK no charge. What service ! I was not necessarily expecting that. I told him my wife has periodically purchased jewelry from you guys and she states everyone is so friendly and helpful. Anyway Josh realy thanks for helping me out and continue to strive for excellence!
