Absolutely terrific service‼️Best use of text ever for a business - quick welcome as a new customer (with a rush job before the weekend), & another quick text to advise order ready, could also follow progress of order on line …reassuring with a plane to catch! My sister-in-law advised both her daughters had their wedding dresses cleaned & preserved there - she’s still amazed they were so beautifully cleaned after post reception pub party!

Using my sons google- but I used to come here when I was a little girl and when thinking about where I wanted to take 2 of my beautiful dresses to have dry cleaned. They did such a wonderful job- just like I always remember. We will continue to come here for all of our dry cleaning needs.

I visited this location today and was less than impressed. In fact, I left with even more questions and uncertainty. After I walked in, I was immediately greeted by two female employees. One of the girls come off as dismissive. The other female while was much friendlier, left me with doubt and as I mentioned uncertainty.
Apparently, you can drop off clothing at this location but the alterations are sent to Gahanna, Columbus which is a city located in Ohio - a little bit of over an hour commute from this dry cleaning location.
During the same conversation she unfortunately did not know the answers to my questions. I chose to visit another dry cleaner because my experience.

Mr. Heider called me to let me know the condition of my wedding dress. Explained everything thoroughly and answered questions. My dress looks beautiful and well packaged. Highly recommend to have your dress cleaned and preserved with Heider’s!! The lady who did my dress alterations even recommended them!
