“I took my broken window there and they told me they don’t repair windows anymore but they do cut glass, this really surprised me because hardware stores always repaired windows, so I had them measure and cut the glass and when I got home the glass was to big for the frame so I returned it back to the store with my window frame and told them the glass was to big for the frame but the guy told me it wasn’t that I would have to take the frame apart, I said I don’t have the tools for that so I went to another hardware store that still repair windows, the guy there looked at the glass and the frame and told me the glass was to big to fit my window frame the same thing I told the guy at Ace, so I ended up having to have another piece of glass cut and doing that I wasted $ 23.99 over the guy at Ace not measuring it right. But the good thing about all of this is I got my window repaired and found a new hardware store to get my business now…since ……..since my last post I heard from the Assistant Manager Lisa, she was very nice and concerned about all of this, she refunded my cost of the window and She was very Professional. I changed the star to 4, and I appreciate her contacting me and working this out. Thank you”
“I needed 2 thermostats & 2 elements for my HTP water heater. Max helped me in every way. They did not have the parts nor did they have the parts in their system. But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! I ended up finding the parts through a faster path for me to get them sooner but Max was everything you could ask for with help & service.”
“Been using this hardware store the last couple weeks. As a contractor, they have been amazing as a local area expert, as well as very reasonably priced. Very comparable to blowes or depot on price. Also a great place to get screens or windows repaired.”

“I was in the store earlier tonight. Walked in with my 2 year old little boy, about 6:45pm (I’m new to dayton area, didn’t know the store was closing at 7), but needed Sand for a new patio umbrella. And their employee Hank was the biggest help & not only a huge help but a genuine sweetheart. He filled the actual bags up with sand for me, which was a huge help, dollied them out to my car, and loaded them up. We was so nice, even made small talk with my little 2 year old and gave him a sucker!!! Just a really nice Young man, and great customer service!!!”
“Excellent customer service. I purchased furniture there 10 years ago and needed help with a broken chair leg. Denise from Woodcraft found the original invoice and was able to place an order for a new chair leg. Great place to shop!”

I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”

“Slow on "will call" like, I'd swear they don't pull it til you get there even if you call hours in advance. With that being said; awesome people, very friendly, clean store area. I'm pleased with what matters most right stuff onhand and approachable staff.”
“This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.”
“I visited the Dayton harbor freight location and while there I was greeted from a friendly sales associate. There were two things in their ad that had already sold out. In their defense it was 1/2 hour before closing time.
Overall it was a good visit to the store. It was well merchandised and clean. Very competitive pricing as well.”

“Personally I've always had better service here than at Lowe's store not quite as well stocked as Lowe's but the service makes up for it it's generally the fault of management when service is bad due to short staffing as it saves money paying employees”
