Friendly customer service. Listened to what I had to say and made a recommendation. No pressure sales whatsoever. Did a detailed under carriage review pointed out findings. Didn’t need immediate attention but things to consider later. Went ahead and bought 4 new tires which I am very pleased with. Another note — other customers came in and the level of customer service and attention to their concerns were always a priority and they offered friendly professional attention. Grismer at the Dayton Mall has been my go to for all my vehicle needs over the past 5 years. They have always provided the best service with top notch customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

These guys were amazing. I was driving through from out of town on my way home when my car started freaking out so I started freaking out being in a strange city and state not knowing anyone these guys got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it swiftly for a reasonable charge. No bs no unnecessary upsells. They got me back on the road quickly. Huge thanks to them.

This is the best auto place in all of Ohio. Friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians and the price is always fair. Nice, clean lobby to sit in as well. Highly recommended.

They listened to everything that I had to saythat was wrong with my vehicle and when they looked at it and everything they were able to show me exactly what was wrong and they had it done in a timely manner. And they are so friendly and nice.
