Since I first started going to Great Clips, I've been blessed to get 2 amazing stylists that cut my hair perfectly. Well, not on my recent trip which was yesterday. My hair was way past my shoulders and I asked to please keep my length and to add layers to my hair. I'm not going to say the name of who cut my hair, however it's uneven and when it finally dried it's right at shoulders. I freaked out when I got home. Mind you, when I was still sitting in the chair ? I should've known better because she didn't even check her results which I blame myself for not asking her! That's usually what happens after every haircut I've ever received! There's no framing to my face and it's just all messed up. I will be going back to get it cut right but I've lost a ton of length and I'm very upset about that! I literally can't put my hair in a hair clip or ponytail, it's that short and choppy layers, which I never asked her to do.
Requested style: I simply asked her to cut my hair exactly what has been in my file for quite a while. Cut my split ends and long layers.
Hair type: Before coming here yesterday, my hair was in the middle of my back. I have natural wavy hair and with 3A curls. I haven't colored my hair since around 2015, so it was natural. I rarely use any heated products as well so my hair wasn't damaged.

Took my son who had shoulder length hair to get it cut finally. We showed her a picture of a cut he wanted, and she even took a. Picture on her phone of the photo I showed. Completely butchered my son’s hair. It is nothing like what we asked for, as I told her while she was cutting. She kept going shorter and shorter. I told her he has a cowlick, she said she had to keep cutting it short so it didn’t stick up. Guess what it’s sticking straight up on the back of his head. Uneven hair line, long strands that were not even cut, extremely poor job. The kid is so upset. Paid $25 for something I could have done myself in less time than it took her. For the price we could have gone to an actual hair stylist that knew what they were doing.

I told the lady, trim my sideburns and don't make my layers the same length, and what did she do? Try to give me an undercut and make the back of my head the same length as my bangs. Can't follow basic instructions, and talked about her polyamory the whole time, even though I didn't ask. She didn't tell me her name but I think it was like Cassie or something, hopefully she'll be gone soon

I love them. Check in ahead of time, and they keep a record of the cut you got last time so you never have to worry about someone screwing up your hair!

Ask for long layers and long bangs and my hair is ruined. My hair is so choppy and the layers are squared off And none of the layers run together. It looks horrible I can't believe I paid for it.
Hair type: My hair was long, full and down to the middle of my back. Now it is up to my shoulders And my bangs are up to my eyebrows

Went to this location to get my son's hair cut at 6:30. They don't close until 7pm. When I walked on the lady was rude telling me they can not cut my sons hair. I have never had a issue with this location but customers service is everything we will not be back to this location.
