Took my wife’s wedding ring to Gordon’s to be resized and refitted. The company that they send rings off to does fantastic work, dropped my jaw when I saw how beautiful it was once it was returned. Gordon’s are a great pair to work with and were very authentic and receptive.

This is the absolute, best business establishment, I have ever had the pleasure of accidentally finding. The team that works there provide excellent customer service. Helpful. Helpful. And you leave happy with your purchace. Its always a pleasure to walk through and see the new museum displays and the old antique watches. Which they have many. I love spending money hear simply because they offer fine quality prices, and they work with you, as well. Keep up the great job, guys and gals. And much Thank you!!!?

Tried to tell me my gold was fake. Then they chemical tested it. It was real. then they were uninterested. Why not just say that then? Instead of lying to me and then making a fool of yourself. What jewlery store doesnt own a machine and is still doing chem tests? Thats crazy.

Very rude and snarky. I was told that my jewelry was cheap because it's sterling which I understand and accepted but I was looked down upon ans treated like I was less than. I hope you all look at your actions and realize that there are kinder ways of treating people.

I had never pawned anything before. This family ran buissness was so polite and informative about every step of the process. There wasnt one thing that happened that mwde me question anything!
