I was charged twice and the supervisor couldn’t do anything about it? Said she had to call corporate and let them refund me? Well it’s been a week and I have yet to receive my refund. This is absurd. The supervisor isn’t very confident and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. I believe there’s only two workers here that seem to know what they’re doing.

Items are way overpriced . This is supposed to be a goodwill but they have prices like a high end store . Very slow on bringing items out also .

I was looking through their sweaters and one of the workers (tall, male ginger) came up next to me without saying "excuse me" and pushed all of the sweaters as if I wasn't standing there, looking through them. I said "that was rude". They put earbuds in and walked away. I understand that goodwill hires mentally handicap people so I really tried not to get bothered by it. But they need to learn some social awareness and manners.

Store was clean and well stocked.. But if you are going to put purses behind the counter then at least have the person behind the counter polite enough to take them down and allow you to look at them. If I am going to spend my money on items at least act like you want my money. Please and Thank you. So no sale on a designer purse.

This goodwill absolutely has the highest pricing of any second hand shop I’ve ever seen. I passed on multiple things I liked because it was so expensive. Greed is obviously the mission of this location.

Whoever is in charge of pricing here is out of their mind. An old 14-inch TV without an HDMI port is $30. A mass produced ceramic cookie jar is $14. Clothes are somewhat reasonable because everything on the rack is the same price, as it should be for glassware and other odds and ends. I don't understand how they sell anything here because no one is going to spend that much at a second-hand store.

Yesterday, I visited goodwill at Huber heights on Brandt pike. They had a sign that orange tagged items were 50% off. All my items were tagged orange. I was told the “Halloween items” (which I thought were the green tags were not on sale.) That the donated clothing items were only discounted. All the items I had were used donated clothing. Why have same color tags on “used Halloween” items as supposedly what’s on sale half off? I continued with the sale because I liked everything in my cart but this store is predatory.

Manager named Kiara screaming at another worker across the store completely unprofessional and highly recommend her being reviewed

This place along with most other goodwill are pricing things assured. Why would I purchase anything used, dirty with no warranty when I can get exact same thing new online for the same cost. Get it together goodwill. I'm seeing a trend in reviews.

150 dollars for a single lamp. They are truly crazy. They get everything donated to them for FREE and charge astronomical prices. They think they’re an antique store but you can get better prices at actual antique stores and better prices on clothes/shoes at TJMaxx. Awful place.

The prices are absolutely out of control. There are more mens shoes marked up in price than at the regular price. I'm not even sure I saw one single Athletic shoe that WASNT marked up. Loads and loads of coats marked up $20+ too in the middle of summer. It's like money doesn't have meaning anymore but I guess when you're LOADED with cash and assets instead of helping people it doesn't mean anything!

This goodwill is insanely expensive!!! Why is this old table saw $200?!! I can buy a brand new one for 80 bucks at Lowe's that's way better than this. No one's going to buy it and it's going to end up in the garbage. Raggedy old vacuum cleaners are $50 furniture is almost $200. You can buy brand new better quality furniture at IKEA for less money.

The employees are rude, the selection was small, but the store was nice.
