The prices are absolutely out of control. There are more mens shoes marked up in price than at the regular price. I'm not even sure I saw one single Athletic shoe that WASNT marked up. Loads and loads of coats marked up $20+ too in the middle of summer. It's like money doesn't have meaning anymore but I guess when you're LOADED with cash and assets instead of helping people it doesn't mean anything!

This goodwill is insanely expensive!!! Why is this old table saw $200?!! I can buy a brand new one for 80 bucks at Lowe's that's way better than this. No one's going to buy it and it's going to end up in the garbage. Raggedy old vacuum cleaners are $50 furniture is almost $200. You can buy brand new better quality furniture at IKEA for less money.

I will never come back to this location. The pricing is outrageous for things you got for free. I wanted to buy a dress, but whoever had tagged it put the tag in the seam of the dress and ripped it. So I asked if I could buy it at a discount since it was ripped. The supervisor said no, I could either buy it as is or they would throw it away. I was floored. I told her to throw it away and they could just put everything else in my cart back. So wasteful and greedy.

Who is in charge of pricing their items??This location has crazy prices compared to others. I go Goodwill hopping often and this is by far the worst one for pricing. You get these items for FREE and turn around and ask absolutely crazy amounts. I will stick to the other Goodwills that arent nearly as greedy!

I'm an avid Goodwill shopper, but will never enter this location again. When I was returning a few items, the manager refused to accept an item that did not work when I bought it because it was purchased at a different store. She was extremely rude & loud when she said "I'm not taking that back. I'm not going to lose money on an item that they should have checked first before putting it out." When I asked if I'm supposed to be the one to lose money, she got louder and said, "I'm trying to work with you! You have to take it back to the store where you bought it."My voice wasn't raised. I was not making a scene. If she had just said, "I'm sorry. Our policy is to return broken items to the store of purchase (which by the way is not the policy), that would have been fine. Instead I was treated like I had done something wrong.Completely unprofessional.

Saw a lady go up to the counter with her cart of things, one of which was a dress. The cashier must have noticed a "nice" tag on it because she told the customer that they couldn't sell it to her at the regular price shown on the sign. The cashier called for a price check, they took the dress to the back, came back out, and told her the dress was now $20. Incredibly rude and dishonest way to sell products to people that need them, and I don't plan on coming back any time soon. Prices for donated used items do not need to be as high as they are at this location.

Prices have become crazy at all the goodwill. Crazy to see an original store price sticker for $3.99 and goodwill sticker of $4.99

We were shopping rather successfully when a dirty old man made a lewd comment to my girl. I came up to her just after this and she was shaken.This cut our shopping trip short because she no longer felt comfortable in the store. We told the cashier about this guy. We were COMPLETELY ignored and told to have a blessed day.

Nice, clean, busy store with friendly help and great prices. Lots of parking space. Located near the area Walmart. The color barb of the week applies for 50% off clothing with that color barb, as it does at other Miami Valley Goodwill stores. I found a wonderful pair of walking shorts, like new, baring the weekly color barb, rounded up for Goodwill's charitable causes and paid $3.00 with the discount. "Thank you !" so much for all you do to help others.

I do not recommend shopping at this location. Not only are the staff often rude, they have started marking up their clothing outrageously. I tried to buy a t-shirt there today that was mixed in with all of the other men’s shirts for $2.99. When I got to the counter, the employee said that it had a special barb and that he needed to do a price check. Another staff member went to the back to ask about a price and when he came back to the front of the store he said the shirt was $7.99 simply because it said Harley-Davidson on the front. $7.99 for a used t-shirt is absolutely insane. Maybe if they aren’t going to honor their pricing signs in the store, they need to start marking prices individually. This store seems to be especially bad lately about their markups and the practice of randomly repricing clothes at the register based on brand is just downright dishonest and deceptive.

I go in here a few times a month. Typical Goodwill. Most stuff is over priced and broken that they get for free. They have now started putting the pricing stickers in horrible areas of the items. Ripping game boxes, VHS and DVD boxes. I don't think you need to plaster $2.99 on every DVD when 99 percent are that price and VHS is 99 cents. That's annoying! Some staff is ok. Most aren't very welcoming like the Hoke Rd Englewood location. The one staff member acts like a robot and doesn't say anything and just stares at you strangely. I'm a customer supporting your store please and thank you would be nice! If you don't want to round up they really don't like you then. Why not leave out donation jars instead of begging people for money after they just spent money on your items you got free in the first place! That's annoying.

Purchased a 50% off item and cashier did not apply the discount. Store supervisor refused to refund the difference. Great selection but terrible service.

I would have left a 5 star review, had it not been for a very rude employee, named Lee. Lee shouldn't ever work in customer service! He doesn't have the proper attitude for it.
