Goodwill has forgotten what it was really started for and what it is really all about.... They are only worried about MONEY!!! Not helping anyone. The receive donations for FREE and if it is of name brand, either the district mgr or mgr will keep it, or they will place it on the internet to sale. Also, the do not allow their employees to shop(on days off) which is ridiculous.

It's pretty bad that Goodwill makes a tun of money that ofers of disabilit too handicapped people in response to helping ernn a good living facility but when you walk for years to come can you find out the bad issue that Goodwill treats there employees very bad and when you spend money out of your own pocket to help everybody else out they do not want to reimburse you when they make a ton of of employees and they do not want to buy any merchandise back in Thanksgiving posted A news team that say they Day by dinners for there employees but they did not buy any drinks

Nowhere NEAR as good as stores in Cincy NOT run by Easter seals. No decent discounts and much higher prices plus a lot of nasty staff

Do not ever work for this death trap of an organization. They do not give you good/safe equipment to work with and you are kept understaffed and worked to death. I recall working 6 days a week through every weekend because they refused to staff us. Resigning is a pain too because it takes them over a month to acknowledge you left, and 4 months to even get an exit interview survey. This is pathetic for a company that claims to hire a diverse crowd of people.

It's pretty terrible that a program claiming to help disabled people with employment won't allow a reasonable accommodation for disability to allow someone to fill out the paperwork remotely to participate in the program and get a work from home job.

It would be more helpful if they didn’t lock their doors 45 minutes before their own posted closing time. Not fun to have to unpack the car of donation items and reload it later.

Great experience. Amy is super nice and helped us borrow items for my grandmother. Everything was very clean and organized.

I shopped at the donation center often until recently. We were shopping later in evening with very few people in there. We were in back by shoe bin and she was near us pushing a truck. Instead us asking us to not let her do this a employee makes an announcement that we had 30 sec. to control or we would be asked to leave. When we confortened the employee was rude and then asked us to leave. I will never set foot in there again. Anyone who has been in there will understand. I am 64 years old. Do not speak to me like a child.

Exactly how much does this organization feel the need to insult me and inflict pain? Evidently and their estimation they need to insult and inflict continuously. I have an eviction notice and I will soon be on the streets with absolutely no where to go. I had covid-19 back in january. That wasn't diagnosed and I was flat on my back for 6 weeks. Guess what? I did not have a job then so I can't say my income was effective. I did not have hours from a job that were cut back. Therefore I am not eligible for assistance. The fact that I have four diagnosis including liver cancer is not part of the application equation. When I spoke to the lady on the telephone during a telephone three minute phone call I was told I could not apply because I was not affected by covid. I would say testing positive and vomiting every day with diarrhea every day to the point that I could not walk from a 6 weeks is something that let me affected. I received a letter today telling me that my application was rejected. What application? I did not apply? I was told I was not allowed. Again I asked you what application. and in the letter that you sent me rejecting me you tell me that I will have a formal letter within 15 calendar days from the date of the current letter. This is why I'm saying how many times you need to reject me? How many times you need to insult me? How much pain do you need to inflict? I got it loud and clear the first time that in your eyes I am not worthy of any assistance. I may have cancer and covid but I was not affected with my income because I had no income. So I have called gateway shelter for men on Gettysburg avenue where I will begin my residency July 5th. What kills me is I had to get my belongings out of my home and I have arranged from my couch and my recliner to be picked up by Goodwill? Isn't that a kicker. Please remove me from your mailing list when you seek to donations. If you don't mind could I also ask you to please consider if you have any compassion whatsoever tonight mail me again of the rejection I got it the first two times. I can comprehend english. I get it. I get it I get it I get it. Do you get it? I get it that you will not help me. You don't need to tell me again. Save the postage on the third letter that you were going to send to me and use a postage to put toward the rent of somebody that in your eyes you deem Worthy.
