Goodwill on Dorothy Lane wanted to charge us a coat price for an infant coat which all said 1.99 unless marked but he argued all coats no matter what are 4.99 and told us a coat at Elder Beermana for an infant would be 60.00 well we left with nothing and like Troy Ohio store whoever prices this store is crazy your prices on your donated items are going to close your stores …everyone I have talked to lately is saying the same thing ….ita donated and I am one of the biggest donators but that is going to stop …..20.00 for a used frying pan or used toaster are you kidding …..not much more than that for brand new ….Goodwill is losing business over the way you price anymore which is truly rediculous and you deserve to go out of business ….i used to love shopping goodwills and would always go on the safari trips NO MORE !!!
BOO GOODWILL 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Goodwill has forgotten what it was really started for and what it is really all about.... They are only worried about MONEY!!! Not helping anyone. The receive donations for FREE and if it is of name brand, either the district mgr or mgr will keep it, or they will place it on the internet to sale. Also, the do not allow their employees to shop(on days off) which is ridiculous.

It's pretty bad that Goodwill makes a tun of money that ofers of disabilit too handicapped people in response to helping ernn a good living facility but when you walk for years to come can you find out the bad issue that Goodwill treats there employees very bad and when you spend money out of your own pocket to help everybody else out they do not want to reimburse you when they make a ton of of employees and they do not want to buy any merchandise back in Thanksgiving posted A news team that say they Day by dinners for there employees but they did not buy any drinks

Nowhere NEAR as good as stores in Cincy NOT run by Easter seals. No decent discounts and much higher prices plus a lot of nasty staff

Do not ever work for this death trap of an organization. They do not give you good/safe equipment to work with and you are kept understaffed and worked to death. I recall working 6 days a week through every weekend because they refused to staff us. Resigning is a pain too because it takes them over a month to acknowledge you left, and 4 months to even get an exit interview survey. This is pathetic for a company that claims to hire a diverse crowd of people.

It's pretty terrible that a program claiming to help disabled people with employment won't allow a reasonable accommodation for disability to allow someone to fill out the paperwork remotely to participate in the program and get a work from home job.

It would be more helpful if they didn’t lock their doors 45 minutes before their own posted closing time. Not fun to have to unpack the car of donation items and reload it later.

Great experience. Amy is super nice and helped us borrow items for my grandmother. Everything was very clean and organized.

I shopped at the donation center often until recently. We were shopping later in evening with very few people in there. We were in back by shoe bin and she was near us pushing a truck. Instead us asking us to not let her do this a employee makes an announcement that we had 30 sec. to control or we would be asked to leave. When we confortened the employee was rude and then asked us to leave. I will never set foot in there again. Anyone who has been in there will understand. I am 64 years old. Do not speak to me like a child.
