They have increased the base price of coats to $10 Freaking dollars. So basically if you are a low waged worker a single used coat now cost an hour of your time. This world doesn't make sense anymore.

They have good stuff but 2 big complaints:1. There is a camera right by the fitting room that can see you while you're changing if you are standing in the right spot...2. It smells horrible, way worse than other goodwill stores. Everytime I come the smell is worse. Not sure what they are spraying but I lasted 30 seconds last time before I couldn't take it anymore.

Walked into a lady just standing with one hand on the counter just staring at me. No Hi or welcome of any kind. Just a look of you don't fit in at our store. The store was well maintained but hardly had anything but clothing. It was on the smaller side. Definitely didn't feel welcome! Definitely didn't find a single thing and I probably wouldn't want to give that location my money either. Definitely a stuckup feel to this location. Went up to the Patterson location after night and day difference.

They had some great finds. It was worth the drive over to check it out. We were lucky this go around. I would have given more stars if their book selection was better. It, like other thrift stores, is hit or miss. I will update on my next experience.

I love love love this store. Always well stocked & clean. I always find something awesome when I shop here. Very helpful and friendly associates too. One of my favorite second hand shops in the area.

You would think this would be a great goodwill due to its location but every time I come in the sizes are horribly mixed up! I have even tried helping by putting incorrect sizes in the right spaces or on the rehang racks by the dressing rooms. Very frustrating! I’ll stick with my favorite, we’ll organized store in Dorothy Lane!

Having recently moved to Ohio, I was delighted to shop the Goodwill store in Oakwood. Clean and best arranged GW I have ever seen. Staff helpful and courteous.
