The Service Representatives are very courteous and friendly! I've taken my vehicle here several times and they've always performed the maintenance very much to my satisfaction! An overall pleasant and friendly experience. My vehicle has over 260,000 miles and hopefully they can keep it running for another 260,000 miles.

I went to 5 other dealerships before finally feeling “at home” and confident with my decision here. Corey & Ted were helpful, knowledgeable, they weren’t pushy & the best part-I’m in LOVE with my new Honda Hybrid CRV!!!!!! Have been recommending everyone I know to go see Corey!!!!

I went for a recall and an oil change. When they said it was ready, Ryan that is, somehow a well maintained vehicle needed over $2000 in repair / maintenance:Front/rear brakes and rotorsTiming beltValve cover leakHaving never had an issue with Germain, I got the parts needed to do myself so family could help me do it. After taking off work and coordinating time for the repairs, we found the items recommended were bogus.Brakes still had close to 1/4in remaining, hardly any scratches /gouges on the rotors, timing belt still had plenty of life left and it was a left crank seal that needed repair, not the other. I ended up replacing rear brakes and the belt (saved old belt since in good shape) but I was stuck with other parts since I could not coordinate a time with family that soon.This happened the end of July and I called Ryan back, told him everything and he was to get me an answer or explanation. After calling several times in September and October to speak with him, he was suddenly always with a customer or off that day. If it wasn’t for my wife telling me not to start something when I walked in the store I would have lost it. (You can thank my wife Ryan)Needless to say it is November and I still have not heard from anyone. Nada. I can only conclude that my vehicle was not seen as they said it was, they were low on their monthly $goals, or they were basing these “recommendations “ solely on the mileage of the vehicle without actually assessing the car.My experience was shameful and a scam. Integrity or customer service was not demonstrated during my experience. Take some advice if you go to Germain or any other auto place - when they say you need all this work done, you just say “show me”.If you make a mistake or someone under you does that affects the customer, you own up and call the customer back.Still waiting on that call Ryan.

The staff treated me with respect and professionalism. The staff member shared his thorough knowledge about how tire pressure effects the performance of the tire. The time I spent in the waiting room was appropriate and not insufferable. There were a variety of snacks to choose from in the cafe. I love that there is a separate waiting area for kids to play. I would definitely bring my car back to this location.

We worked with Ray and Scott when purchasing our new Honda Odyssey. Ray helped us understand the car, its operations, and our options in moving forward. He was energetic, kind, and clear. Scott helped us understand our financing options, making sure we knew what Honda offered to us in terms of extended warranties and the like. He was never pushy and worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible- one that suited us and Germain Honda. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! My wife and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

All good stuff! Convenient on-line reservation system. Service department opens early for early risers and work starts on-time. Communication is top notch. You get an immediate text confirming your reservation, followed by updates and instructions on how to communicate with the service team if you have any questions. I even received a video tour of the underbody of my vehicle in which the service tech pointed out a number of the inspection points they look at as part of the service. Entire team I interfaced with was very friendly and courteous. I don’t hesitate in giving Germain’s Service Department a 5 Star rating.

I arrived to have my oil and tires rotated, as I entered I had one customer in front of me. I noticed one Advisor working and that was it. Jasmine was working extremely hard and helping her customers with a smile on her face. Jasmine was amazing through the entire process, giving updates running around getting customers whose vehicles were ready and still helping new customers. Thank you Jasmine your hard work and dedication was definitely noticed. I would recommend anyone to this facility.

GREAT service!! They got me in for a repair right away, called me to explain the problem and fixed my van very quickly! I really appreciate the kind service! Chris was friendly and helpful when we dropped off the vehicle and took the time to tell me what needed repaired. I will definitely return!

Great dealership. Everyone you encounter is totally customer friendly. My sales rep Brandon is totally on top of it. Dealt with him on previous vehicle and was he exceptionally knowledgeable and on my side and he was again. He reached out knowing lease was coming to full term and helped me to decide and came through with everything we discussed. Love the new vehicle and the service received.

Germain Honda was great! A few days after making an appointment for our scheduled maintenance, I ran over some metal scrap and destroyed a tire. Though our appointment still was a few days off, I had AAA bring our truck to Germain after hours. Germain’s service dept. called me the next morning after finding our truck there. After I explained what happened, they managed to work me into that day’s schedule, replaced the tire and performed the maintenance in time to get my truck back that afternoon.

Drove almost 4 hours to purchase car for son who goes to school at WSU after finding car on their website. Unfortunately, it wasn’t on the lot when I arrived.The price on the used vehicles were very high and the manager refused to give any break on the high priced, non certified, no warranty, high mileage, junk cars. A 2011 non Honda sedan at almost $12,000.After feeling violated. I visited a nearby dealership and got a 2019, half the mileage, 2 year/50,000 bumper to bumper warranty, certified car for just a few thousand more.The car salesman who was a nice guy, called me back when signing paperwork for the new car willing to finally drop the price, but simply too late. Be better, you are a Honda dealership. The reason we visited.

On my first visit to Germain Honda of Beavercreek, I needed a battery replacement for my key fob. The servicepeople were very kind and helpful, and since I brought my own battery, they didn't charge me for the help and I thought; this is great service, I think I will return for my next service needs. Recently, I received a recall letter from Honda to have my truck repaired, so I immediately called Germain and scheduled the repair, and true to form, they were kind, courteous, and very efficient to repair my vehicle as promised, and even provided a loaner! This is great service and I certainly recommend them to everyone! I'm very thankful, because this kind of service I find is rare these days!Appreciative, Lee B.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, but the service center suggested additional services, some of which I agreed to. After returning home, I discovered that they hadn't rotated my tires. When I called to rectify the situation, it seemed like they were trying to make me feel responsible. Now, I'm unsure if the other recommended services were truly necessary or if they even completed them.

Service was great! Ryan was super nice and managed to get me a ride home. The shuttle driver was out that day and a very nice gentleman gave me a ride. I didn't catch his name, but he has red hair and wore glasses. He was also very courteous and a good conversationalist. Made it nice instead of driving in silence! Thanks for everything!
