I had a great experience working with Germain Honda. I had a certain price I wanted to spend on a specific vehicle and the sales department worked with me over email as I requested and didn't push me. We finally agreed upon a price and the process from there was smooth and fairly quick. All in all I spent maybe 2 hours at the dealership between test driving the car, applying for financing, agreeing upon a price for my trade in, and signing all the necessary documents. Shout out to the sales manager Amanda for working with me via email and to Dominick for helping with the whole process in person! We are so happy with our new vehicle!

Bought a used 2018 Toyota CHR and I love it! The detailing is amazing... Looks clean and brand new. And Maggie (our salesperson) was super sweet and thorough/very detail-oriented. She made the process stress-free. The whole process was quick and smooth. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Buying a car is not the greatest thing to be doing, but my experience at Germaine Honda was about as easy and pleasant as it could be.
Discovered the car I bought through my credit Union and was promptly contacted by the dealer.
Made an appointment and met with my ultimate salesperson, Mel Hollins, and found him to be a friendly and easy going young man. Sale and trade in went very smoothly and Mel and all the staff were up front about everything.
