The sales staff here is very knowledgeable. They were completely honest and when we came to an agreement on numbers they talked to me through all the options I had in finance. Definitely completely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car check them out. I personally dealt was Sarah Gentry she is awesome ask for her when you get there.

We just moved from the UK to the Beavercreek area and we needed two cars for my wife and I. Drake looked after us and got us exactly what we wanted with great finance despite us having zero credit rating due to being new to the US! Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had been in the market for several months and had driven through many ford dealerships. We hadn’t seen much available unless we were to do more research and order. We happen to head to Germain Ford a saw 3 different ones on the lot. One that was locked and unable to access. We walked in and met Johnathon Barbee. He was very courteous and helpful. He told us that it was a special order but thought it might be available. I respect that Gremain Ford respected the current customer by locking it and making it unable to access.I mentioned to Johnathon that I really didn’t care to sit around while they decided on the best deal for us and he quick got us out on a drive while they prepared the deal. He was very considerate and I felt like he was patient and had more of an Interest on our needs than his own. Germain Ford made it very easy and enjoyable. I would refer others to shop there and give Johnathon a call.

I had to write a review for Germain Ford. These guys really know how to take care of customers. There may always be some quicks after repairs or scheduled maintenance but this team goes above and beyond to take care of you and make things right and ensure the customer is happy. I've had them perform maintenance on both my Fusion and my F150 and they've done and excellent job. With their continuous communication and personal service you are never left in the dark, and when you go in to pick up your vehicle the staff is excellent and courteous. I highly recommend Germain Ford of Beavercreek.

I had an order in for a 2024 Maverick. Out of the blue, they text me and let me know they have the exact same truck that I ordered but a 2023 model. They told me I had to be quick or it would go to the first person to sign paperwork. I told the boss that I needed to go do something and ran on down and let Sarah know I was ready to pull the trigger on this one and avoid waiting another year for the exact same thing. Couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience buying a new Ford Maverick from Germain Ford. Drake was friendly, easy to communicate with and the process was very smooth. The price was very reasonable given current demand for the truck. Lots of the paperwork was completed online so picking up the truck only took about 30 minutes. The dealership did give me their sales pitch for an extended warranty, but they were respectful when I declined. Drake patiently explained many of the features of the truck, which I appreciated. Overall, a really good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I'm a ittle behind on my reviews and because Google reviews will only let you have one active review per business, this one will be about two awesome experiences I had at Germain Ford of Beavercreek. First off, I want to let everyone know I've been dealing with Germain Ford of Beavercreek since 2017. They are the only dealership I will deal with and they are the only team I will let service my Fords.About a year ago, I worked with Drake to trade a vehicle and purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger. He was very professional and did a great job during the deal and has stayed in touch ever since. I appreciate that and would definitely by another vehicle from Germain Ford of BC and Drake. Thanks Beavercreek Ford Team and thank you, Drake!Fast forward to several months ago and I decided it was time to buy another Mustang. I went to see Drake and he immediately got to work on the ordering site to build what i was looking for (by the way, shout out to Landon for introducing us over a year ago). Drake worked some minor new website glitches and after a few months passed, I picked up a brand new 2024 GT Convertible Mustang yesterday!Drake and the entire Germain Ford of BC team have earned a lifelong customer. They really do treat you like an old friend and that means a lot to me in today's world where most businesses have forgotten how important that connection is. From the first inquiry on a used Jeep Gladiator that my husband came across one at Germain Ford, he knew it was the perfect vehicle for him, and definitely the right dealership to deal with. It was about a three hour drive for us, and Troy went above and beyond by going out and looking everything that we had questions about on the jeep. He was very honest, very professional. When we arrived in Beavercreek, and pulled into the dealership lot, we were greeted by Sarah, she is amazing. She grabbed the keys and said take it on a test drive to lunch! We came back and signed the paperwork that was all ready. We had everything worked out prior with the trade of our Ram and did the financing with them. Travis was the finance manager, he came out and talked before we went back to finish the last part. It definitely didn’t feel like we had just met these people! If I lived there, these are the type of people I want to work there. But needless to say, we would make the trip back if we were looking for another vehicle! Troy even text the following day to check in on everything!! Thanks again Troy, Sarah and Travis!

Absolutely amazing experience with the entire team at Germain Ford. I am an out of state buyer that was sick of non-transparent pricing. After looking for two weeks, I called Germain and the price online was exactly what they were actually asking. No ridiculous fees or hidden costs. I got an amazing deal on my new truck and the service was top notch. I flew in expecting to catch a cab, and my salesman personally volunteered to pick me up since he was already in the area for no charge. Whether you are local or out of state looking for a deal, you won’t beat the experience that Germain offers.

I had a great experience with Germain Ford. Sarah Gentry helped me with purchasing my new Bronco Sport. She answered any and all of my questions honestly and truthfully. I was able to come in quickly for a test drive and then sign all the paperwork electronically which means I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. Thank you again Sarah for all the help!

I took my truck in for an oil change and tune up. My truck has just over 100,000 miles on it which is the manufacturer suggested miles for new plugs. The shop proceeded to snap off part of a spark plug. When they called, they said they would need to install a new valve cover that would cost over $500 to replace. I asked if they were covering the cost since THEY were the ones that caused the damage. They said “no” that rust and corrosion had created the issue and that they were not responsible and that 100,000 miles for new plugs is under “ideal conditions”. I reluctantly agreed since without it my truck was inoperable and I am not a mechanic (hence why I took it to a mechanic, specifically to a Ford dealership so it was done correctly). It was replaced with a very cheap plastic valve cover. Less than one week later my truck began to smoke as the new valve cover was leaking massive amounts of oil. I had to leave a message since it was after 1pm on a Saturday.In addition, I had paid for a full service oil change and informed them that my passenger side rear tire had a slow leak. When the technician called to tell me my truck was ready, they emailed me a detailed service report. Upon review of the service report, they had made an annotation that they could not find the lock lug (which was as in the glove box but no one took the time to call or text me to ask) so they couldn’t inspect the tire. Yet under the description of the services performed during the oil change, it stated that they had rotated the tires. When asked, the service technician said “that is an auto generated response” that the system uses. I asked “then how do you know that those things were complete?” the technician gave a very convoluted explanation. I then asked how they checked the brakes without the tires off. Finally, the technician said they would bring the truck in and pull the tires. They could not find the leak. When asked if they rotated the tires he said “they are wearing evenly and do not need to be rotated”. This service was paid for and not completed until I asked them to rotate the tires. Upon further inspection, they had over charged me for parts and had I not checked their website, I would have over paid. When I brought the truck home, I immediately checked the rest of what the “auto generated response” said they had checked and completed. They had obviously not checked the air filter which needed replaced.Currently, my truck is sitting in my driveway, leaking oil, with a piece of cardboard underneath it. I have to take the truck back to them to fix the oil leak but am very apprehensive about any work that will be completed. I have been taking my truck to Germain for almost 8 years. I am concerned that the problem will not be resolved and even if they “fix” it, I will be skeptical about the quality of work they complete. Once this issue is resolved, I will be looking for a new Ford dealership to work on my car

Very easy to work with. Had a few experiences with other dealers recently while looking around, and they were not as pleasing. I purchased a truck from Tim Duff, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even knew a lot about my old truck, which was a different brand. I would recommend Germain Ford of Beavercreek even from past experience looking for a car for my wife. Defiantly would recommend Tim, as he was very easy to work with and knowledgeable.

Just bought a 2023 F350 yesterday.My salesman was Drake Haley. I called Drake Friday morning and told him I wanted to buy this truck. I explained to him that I was only going to be there for 1 hour and ask if he could get everything thing ready to sign before I got there. When I arrived, He had all the paperwork at his desk and ready for my signature. I handed him a check and was on my way in 1/2 hour. That's the fastest purchase of a truck in my life. He did exactly what he said he would. He is a very good asset to his company. Thanks for everything Drake. Bill
