If you can't find what you want, you better get some scuba gear.

What a cool place! And helpful?! ? The knowledge these folks have, and can effectively impart, is impressive, particularly as they’re seemingly such a young staff. Thank you, in particular, Eli.

Went here on the recommendation of a friend. The first time I went, the reptile tanks were filthy, multiple dead/ dying fish, and dirty fish tanks. It appeared they were in the process of cleaning, so I stopped by 2 days later to pick up some supplies. Everything appeared to be in the same or worse state as 2 days prior! There were also 2 axolotls that appeared to be on death's door, and when asked the owner stated they were "rehabs" but they didn't have hospital tanks for them. So, not only were these poor sick creatures on display, but sharing the same water at the same temperature as the rest of the freshwater system! I asked if I could take one or both (even pay for them) as I'm in the veterinary field and work with exotics and have many of my own. The owner stated that one was doing "well" in rehab but I could have the other since "he's not eating and is just going to die anyway." If that is the attitude of the owner towards animals in his care, I certainly won't be going back. Picture of the axolotl for reference; both were in a similar state.

This is the biggest fish store in the area. The saltwater fish section is nothing to scoff at, and they have a ton of fresh water as well. However. This is for sure more of a fish warehouse feel... make sure to wear sneakers because the floor is always wet. The focus here is on having a large amount of variety, not on having pretty rocks and lush plants in all the tanks or a beautiful store. It is bare bones on the aesthetic side. But if you want a rare fish, give them a shot because they might just have it.

Where do I begin? This place has absolutely NO business keeping reptiles. I went in about a year ago to check out their reptiles and was met with an almost deceased uromastyx with feces on its head from a cohabitated uromastyx (anyone that knows reptiles knows this is already a problem) he couldn’t hold up his head, and his eyes were crusted fully shut. I asked the staff to get him out to see if he was still alive, and they directed me to the other uromastyx in the enclosure with him. They told me “not to worry about the sick one” “he hasn’t eaten in months” and my personal favorite quote- “don’t get this one, he will end up belly up in the morning.” Any person with slight knowledge of these animals knows they are herbivores, and while there were greens for them to eat (also covered in feces) the main food they were being made to eat was crickets. Once again, they are herbivores. The enclosure was a 20 gallon “tank” with terrible lighting as well as no uvb; the heat lamp was so close the little guy had burns marks on him from how close the lighting was as well as how long he had been laying on the rock in the same spot. I ended up bringing home the sick one (they made me pay almost full price) knowing it wasn’t a good outlook. After bringing him home, I placed him in a new, clean tank, and low and behold, he ate immediately. When I took him to the vet the next day, they couldn’t tell the sex of the animal nor how old it was due to extreme malnutrition and dehydration. He also was infested with parasites from being cohabitated. Unfortunately, the little one passed away due to “extreme neglect.” This was a direct quote from my vet. This business needs to be closed, or needs some staff that:
1.) care about the animals, and
2.) have a brain
If you care about animals, especially reptiles, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
Attached are photos of the two uromastyx in the tank. The orange one is the one I brought home, the other one is its tank mate. Absolutely disgusting.

Don’t really understand how this location has so many high star reviews, unless most people are just negligent on proper animal care. Was a bad culmination of anxiety and depression walking through their fish rooms and seeing the poor treatment of their stock. I have never seen so much death in fish store tanks with at least one if not 4 or 5 decaying creatures per each tank. Most tanks were severely overstocked as well and completely barren. Worst part was initially walking in and seeing a catfish with huge portions of his mouth, upper fin, and rear fin missing leaving large open wounds. Still left him in the tank with all the rest of the fish instead of having a responsible hospital room/tanks. Almost forgot to mention the infestation of planaria in their shrimp tanks. A pest that eats any livestock it can get ahold of (baby shrimp) and can infest a person’s tank quickly. Would be quite easy to pick up a bad infestation if you was to buy stock from this location.
My partner and I frequently travel to fish store locations almost weekly, and so far this is by far my LEAST liked location we’ve been too. We’ve probably seen 15+ in the last couple months and not once did I feel inclined to leave a review on one until seeing this place.

This place is just so heart breaking. Oscars with hole in the head disease, catfish with chunks taking out of them not removed to hospital tanks, turtles with out proper lighting or a way to even get out of the water, dead fish in every tank, planeria in shrimp tanks, the list just goes on. Not to mention watch your step because the floors are flooded.
My husband and I are advid pet store hoppers in multiple states and this is by far the worst one we've seen. Honestly this place should be shut down for animal abuse.

Love this place! Have bought so many of my freshwater fish here! Staff is great and helpful. Nice selection. A more visible sign would be nice, though (can't tell you how many times we've driven past this place and had to turn around).
