I'm a regular customer for small car parts such as windshield wipers, synthetic oil, wiper blades, etc. and have never had a bad experience as such. My last visit was 1 week ago and I was assisted with picking the appropriate bulb for my vehicle by a very knowledgeable and expert staff member, Tom.
