There is a reason Game Stop is on it's last legs. Having beem a manager at retail for nearly 20 years I cannot believe how terrib customer service is in this store.

Worst GameStop I’ve ever experienced. Was told I couldn’t use my warranty on a purchase from three months ago. So I double checked at another store and the warranty actually was able to be used.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When I was picking up my online order they were training a new hire so the process was a bit slower. He seemed to be catching on quickly. This store is clean and well stocked.

Employees making false promises and a manager that has no idea what he’s doing. Go to a different location like Dorothy Lane where they know what they’re doing.

Best customer service I've ever experienced in a retail environment. Shout out to the African-American gentleman that normally works there in the mornings. Wish I could recall his name but he deserves recognition for his customer service.

Did not have in stock what I was looking for. But staff was very friendly. Suggested other stores that would have what I was looking for for a birthday gift. Really appreciated that. Even gave me directions to the other stores.

Biggest game stop I’ve seen but the cashier was knew and I felt horrible for him. He needs more training. He was all alone and facing refunds phone buy backs and sales… it was a lot for a new guy alone and the store was busy.

Scam of a place, sold me a used Xbox s, barley used it so I decided to return it. I never used the controller in the box as the buttons were sticky, now they're telling me they can't take the controller they gave to me when I bought it. Why sell me the controller if you won't take it back.
