This chain of car washes has proven itself to me. Wash rinse wax. Free self serve vacuuming afterwards.

Awesome place to go clean the car inside and out, wish they had a place to wash floor mats, but other than that it's awesome

Love this place. They have several options for car washes that go from cheap and quick to the whole detail. Vacuums are free as well so even if you aren't washing, you can still vacuum at no cost

Great car wash! Wish they hadn't moved tire shine to a different tier though.

Attention to all subscribers sharing a household account, I am writing this review to alert you about a concerning experience I had with Flying Ace.After being involved in a car accident in May 2023, I decided to cancel my membership. To my surprise, I discovered that Flying Ace continued charging me $40.00 per month through our joint household account. Meanwhile, my wife's membership was supposed to be $30.00 per month.During my conversation with Dennis, an employee at Flying Ace, I specifically mentioned that my car's RFID entitled me to the $40.00 service, whereas my wife's RFID was tagged to her vehicle for the $30.00 service. However, Dennis informed me today that Flying Ace switched the RFID tags and continued charging our joint account the higher amount under my wife's RFID. The problem is that her RFID cannot access the $40.00 service. It is evident that Flying Ace has been dishonestly overcharging us for the past three months.Additionally, I found it intriguing when I spoke with VISA regarding the charges. They informed me that Flying Ace was charging my wife's card, which is perplexing because she signed up for the membership months before me, using her own account with the address of one of our other properties. My card, on the other hand, is associated with a completely different address that I provided when signing up. Somehow, both of our memberships got tied together under a joint account. Therefore, my wife and I have decided to cancel her membership as well.It is important to note that the service you receive is determined by your car wash tag, but the billing system does not accurately identify which vehicle is tagged unless you look at the account. This indicates that an employee made a mistake when handling our account. Visa can verify these transactions, which contradict the RFID tags on each vehicle. Surprisingly, Dennis informed me today that Flying Ace cannot provide cancellation receipts, which raises even more concerns. In conclusion, I felt compelled to share my experience to caution other subscribers who may encounter similar issues. Flying Ace's billing practices and mishandling of accounts have resulted in overcharging and confusion.

Love the monthly wash program. Would be happier if the dryers dried better. That goes for all locations.

They just raised the prices while eliminating the military/veteran discount and drying towels. You now have to rent towels for an additional $4 per month. I can't wait for the WhiteWater Express to open near my house!

Just started going about a month ago and so far, no issues. There can be long lines, at times. Just depends on the time that you go. I have the unlimited wash and it is worth it! I don't have the most expensive and I don't have the cheapest. It's all preference. Plus the vacuums are free.

Ran through with my membership their wash broke my trim and since "it didn't happen to anyone else that day" they denied it and that's just sad

Updating rating to 3 instead of 5 stars. The recently increased price of membership levels and took away some features of the middle membership and added it to the top tier. Bottom tier wash does not do a good job. If you go on a sunny day, expect a longgg wait. I do appreciate the dog treats they give when my dog is in the car.

I have a membership and rarely receive or an offered my air freshener that’s included with each wash. I do not recommend the top package if that’s a perk you are looking forward to.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I go here frequently. I got a wash here today on a very sunny and dry day and then drove 4 miles to work. When I went to leave 2 hours later, I noticed that my SUV had many water spots on the back of the vehicle (see picture) so I returned to Flying Ace and went into their office. I said to the young lady that came out to view the vehicle that their spot free system must not be working. She quickly replied "oh, it is working". I then asked how there could be all of these water spots on the car if it was working and she said "it is because you didn't wipe it down." I then asked why would I consider wiping it down as there are blowers/dryers at the end of the tunnel. She then said that the spots were from "dust on the road" and since I had left their facility, that they would not provide me with a free passthrough and that I would have to pay for another wash. I told her to tell her manager that they just lost a customer and she replied "I will report this to corporate" which I sincerely doubt. It would have cost them zero to keep a customer and if this is their policy then there are other carwashes. If this is not their policy and they do the right thing, then I will take this review down.

I like going to here because it usually gets the vehicle really clean. They used to let you use the cloths for free but now you have to buy one for $4. I understand why, I know that some people was taking them, while most of them was honest and putting them back. The vacuum all work and they don't charge you to use them. If you want good service and a clean vehicle just go to Flying Ace Express Carwash.
