Have been going to this carwash a while now. And was surprised after spending almost $20 on a carwash that my license plate lights got ripped out and snapped off. I was forced to come back the next day just to file a claim just to be put off for a month and then say there are not responsible for taking a chip out of the bumper and fully breaking my lights. This caused me to have to spend $80 out of pocket to fix the issue along with not be able to drive at night for a week because the car wasn’t legal at night anymore. Would not recommend going here as they do not care about their costumers

This car wash does a great job. If you have any problem, they will make it right. On one of my washes, my fuel door popped open and fell off from the air pressure of the drying fans. I told them about it and they went and retrieved it very quickly. On one of my next passes thru, an employee recognized my truck and watched it pass by the fans and when it came open again, he was right there to close it for me. You don’t get any better service than that !

The guy that was at the gate that took our money kept asking us if we wanted something more added onto what we asked for several times after we said no and had clarified that we did not want anything more than what we originally asked for. So that was frustrating! Then the guy that guides you into the car wash kept saying push on the break hard?? And wasn't clear about what he wanted us to do. So it was very confusing! Then, when we went to vacuum out our car, the handle (the part that suctions the dirt up) fell off of the vacuum hose, leaving me with just the hose. Which was not effective in sucking up the dirt at all! And every time I tried to replace the suction handle, it just kept falling off as I was vacuuming (which was super annoying!!!)

I went to the car wash yesterday normally I never would go to an automatic car wash because I’ve always been told that they are awful for your cars paint and I did a quick Google Search and had seen that they aren’t that bad for your paint Then I thought to myself, huh? Maybe there has been significant advances in this industry and it won’t scratch a car. NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. My car is scratched from top to bottom some scratches, not bad, but some all the way to metal I will never be going to an automatic car wash again. I learned my lesson. I wish it didn’t have to happen this way. I will encourage you not to bring your car here or any other automatic car wash, especially if it’s black because my nice new car is now black with a bunch of scratches in it.

Great staff, but they don't have mat cleaners, no towels, or cleaning products unless you purchase them, and they do not prewash your windshield.
I pay the same membership price in GA and am confused why flying ace doesn't supply these services?

Bought the deluxe ultimate platinum wash but as i passed each of the specialty nozzle, wax undercarriage wheels the lights didn't lite up. Did I get those extras I paid. I do I know

Don't get my suv clean, I have the ceramic pkg and I have to go through two or three times to just get the dirt off of it and their tire shine never gets applied to my vehicle... Cancelling my membership

Good thing there are other locations where the vacuums actually work. The ones here are absolutely worthless. Many hoses for the vacuums are just laying about.
