I am supposed to move in on the 27th, tomorrow and I have been unable to reach anyone to find out what time I can sign the lease and get the keys. I've called at least 5 times and left 1 message and no one has responded and I've left an email. I'm currently living in a motel and only paid through the 27th since that was my move in date. I drove up to the property just now and it looks like they aren't even close to having my apartment ready and I'm very nervous. They have a crew in there now and no one working seems to understand me.
Property management was able to get me in and was very nice. I did have to change apartments but that was no big deal. He even contacted spectrum for me and had them come out since my stuff was sent to the other apartment. I was pleased with how everything worked out the manager seems real nice and it's a cute little apartment

I have lived in this apartment for 5 months and it has been a horrible experience. I have roaches in my apartment, which I have called and emailed about multiple times and still nothing has been done. One of the cabinets in my kitchen has a hole in it and is falling down, another thing that I have brought yo multiple times to no avail. Calling the office leads you to leave a voicemail, which they rarely respond to. Leaving an email seems to go nowhere. There never seems to be anyone in the leasing office. You guys have had 5 MONTHS to fix the issues I had made you aware of, and NOTHING has been done. To anyone looking to move here, please please go somewhere else. They do not care about you and they will not help you. In their responses to their reviews, they tell people to call or visit the office, which as I previously stated, is extremely unhelpful.

Applied for an apartment, was accepted. They took my deposit. They gave us the move in date. We rented a uhaul, drove 10 hour to get here and they never showed up with the keys for the apartment, haven't once returned a call or sent an email on how we were supposed to get the keys. So now I expect the return of my Security deposit and my application fee returned or I will be going to the police and filing fraud charges. You have until tomorrow by noon to get back to me. Be warned anyone who is thinking about renting from them.

This is a horrible place. This is my first apartment ever and I should be happy but I am miserable. Since day one my refrigerator didn't work when I moved in, took them a week to fix. I ended up throwing away a lot of my food. The noise from the neighbors downstairs has been unbearable and loud. I can hear them yelling, stomping, slamming doors etc. I made a complaint, nothing was done but a note on the door like that was gonna make a difference. Then the rodents were in my walls for about a month, and there's always a random stinky homeless man sleeping on the stairwell. As a single woman, I don't feel safe. I've called about my concerns and sent emails with no answer or no real plan to change nothing has been done. I'm just now getting a mailbox and laundry room key two months later . I just want to move out!!!!!

My apartment is close to school. It takes me 5 minute to get to UD. Jon was very helpful in the application process.

I hated living here. I dropped out of school because of this place. When I moved I had trusted the reviews but it seemed nearly every 5 star review was written by people who were also writing 5 star reviews for other apartments owned by the same company. Kind of seems like those reviews were written to deceive people. I had issues with flies and mice. I never felt safe living here and immediately regretted moving in.

Wishing I didn't still have to live here this place is the worst now. When I first moved her in 2018 was good place no bugs or nice management actually responded but ever since 2020 management became pretty much nonexistent the bug and mice problems keep getting worse. Called multiple times with bug problems and to fix things but the never respond or send anyone to fix anything. The only thing they do is put up useless bug traps that don't work. Which mind you they will only do once every 6 months if we are lucky.they don't care about people who live here just care about rent money. So if you have a choice don't live here go elsewhere into not worth the price the bug problems ir headaches.
